Nature and quiet - We travelled with Rolando who was an excellent driver and made the trip very nice for us, then arrived at the Jasy lodge that was very nice - the excursions were not all at the same level (lancha excursion was incredible, the caminata was made very nice by the guide who can spot any animal - kayak excursion is more autonomous but still quite lovely because of all the animals) All in all a very restful stay !

Very poor communication, lovely park and hotel - My partner and I have done several tours whilst travelling through South America, this has been the most poorly organised, and the agency was not upfront about the costs at all. We were expecting a tour, however the agency only seems to organise transport and accommodation, and the hotel organises the rest. It might be worth seeing if you can organise your own transfer and hotel as this may be simpler! Maicol and I communicated over email many times and for several weeks before arriving but he did not explain the cost of the transfer out of San Carlos Pellegrini, nor that this was not included in the total price. He also did not explain that there was an entrance fee to the park that was not included. The park entrance was about 3100 pesos each. Our driver on the way up asked what hotel we were going to and did not know about the return transfer. We thought we'd be meeting a guide so were confused when we were dropped off at the hotel without any further information. The hotel didn't know if we should pay them or Maicol. During the return transfer we were told we would pay Maicol directly at the end, but then this changed again as he would not be at the office after all. The hotel organised breakfast and excusions, included was a walk that evening and a boat ride the following morning. There are self-guided walks in the wetlands or extra excursións available, but you could stay just the one night to do the included excusions rather than two nights. The hotel was Posada Jasy and was very lovely, the staff were helpful. On our final day we messaged Maicol to ask what time the return transfer was and he told us for the first time that there would be a cost, we asked again what the cost was and he said $150 USD total. Luckily another couple were able to join to split the cost, but at the end the driver quoted more due to having taken a longer route due to poor weather. This was Maicol's mistake not ours, and so the driver agreed to the initial amount. The agency needs to be upfront about the costs that are included AND the costs that are not. Every other agency I have dealt with have been open about additional costs but this agency was not.
