Great Experience for family of 4. - This was our second trip using MayaWalks for a tour. We had so much fun on the cave tubing trip (kids 5 and 8). Our guide was great. Gave us a lot of history on our drive and walk to the river site. Lunch stop was at a great little spot with delicious food. Everyone enjoyed the day to the fullest.

Best river float I've ever had. - What an absolutely stunning adventure! This was the most fun I had on all three tours I took with Mayawalk. Not to downplay the greatness of the other tours (ATM and Caracol), but this was the least physically demanding and just generally pleasurable. Our guide, Christian, was full of information and jokes and kept us safe and comfortable the whole way. The walk is easy and flat, I'm out of shape but had no problems carrying the tube, although YMMV. The views in and out of the caves are spectacular!

Excellent tour - Things to Know! - The two guides we had were excellent. There were 3 in my family and 6 additional people we picked up at another hotel. The traditional Belizean lunch (included) at the restaurant on the way back was the best version of that we had on the multiple excursions we have been on. I do have some helpful hints for future travelers: 1. You will need water shoes. They can be rented for $5BZD at some stands at the tubing parking lot. If needed, they can also rent you a dry pouch for phone and eyeglass straps. Note - the water shoes they rent you are basically "Croc's" so if you don't like those, bring your own. 2. Keep in mind you need to do a hike of 20+ min in whatever footwear you decide to use. 3. You have the option of carrying your tube or you can pay someone to carry it for you. We paid the $5 BZD/tube as we have visited waterparks enough to know they are a pain to haul around....through the jungle and 3 water crossing no less!. Bring money and pay the locals to carry them! Please! We had several people on our tour who wanted to save the money and the poor guides wound up carrying them for them. Not their job, but they did it without complaint. 4. To MayaWalk Tours: Please consider raising your price by $3 US and having the guides pay the locals to carry the tubes. I don't expect anyone to not book with you for a $3 increase to include this! That's it - enjoy. The float was relaxing - the guides do all the work. A few people used their cells for pictures but we left ours in the van/bus to be safe. The driver stays with the vehicle while you're gone, so all remains safe. Bring some small bills cash to pay for the water shoes and tube carry. Finally - please tip the guides well at the end!

Excellent tour, great value - Excellent experience. Signed up for cave tubing and zip line experience. What I received was a 6 platform/zip runs, a 40 minute easy hike in the jungle, a cave tubing experience, a dip in a cenote, a tube ride down a jungle river and a traditional Belizean meal. No portion of the experience felt rushed. The guide was nice and knowledgeable. NOTE: there were only 4 people in my group.

Picture Perfect - We had such an amazing day, Eddie was our tour guide and he had an answer for every question we asked. Very knowledgeable about the caves and the surrounding areas along with plant, animal, and insect information! We both left the tour feeling fully satisfied with our excursion. Would highly recommend this guide.

Drifting through spectacular caves! - We came to San Ignacio specifically to do this tour and were not disappointed. Out tour guide, Ed, was fantastic. My mom is a fit 84 year old and was able to do the 35 minute hike to the caves. The drift through was amazing with beautiful rock formations. Ed landed us at a beautiful ledge to see some of the more spectacular formations close up and take some great pics. Lunch at a local restaurant was a treat. Thanks Ed!

Jungle trek with a lazy river - The tour was a nice combination of jungle exploring and tubing through caves. Our guide, Christian, did a wonderful job of pointing out different plants and animals, as well as explaining Mayan history.
