Wonderful experience! - Amazing cave system and zip lining was a blast too! Excellent guide and lunch as well. Tip: bring extra cash as well as a gratuity as they have several opportunities for local craft work, drinks, etc. on site.

Incredible zip lining and cave tubing - The zipping and cave tubing experiences were absolutely phenomenal. We had the most amazing guide, Golbal. He was attentive, knowledgeable, experienced and made sure our cave tubing was memorable. He made numerous stops along our trek to the cave pointing out Mayan history, Belizean floral, fauna, birds and iguana. Once inside the caves, we were treated to exploration of the crystal palace and swimming inside the caves. Zip lining was exhilarating. We strongly recommend this trip and, especially, our guide. This is a must-do!

Bucket list item--check - This was a great day for a family with children and grandmas. The zip lines escalated in thrill level ending with two that took us over the river. Our friendly and professional attendants had the harnessing down to an art and could hook us up or detach us in less than a minute. The cave tubing started with a short walk through the jungle with all its humid charm to the embarkation point and a too short drift through a huge cave system. Our guide, Dimas (from Cayo Inland Expeditions), secured the services of a second guide because we were a large group...he and Dimas earned every penny of their tips making sure we drifted with the strongest currents and away from snags and eddies! It was a lovely adventure for everyone from 9 years old to 70.

Thrilling, Phenomenally beautiful and tranquil. - Such a great experience. O’Neal was our driver, he was on time and very friendly. I highly recommend O’Neal. He’s a safe driver and makes you feel comfortable. He also guides you through the caves and really goes out of his way to show you a great time. He took us to a cenote and let us swim in it. The lunch was really delicious. Omgoodness the zip lining was thrilling. I’ve never done it before and it was super fun!!!!! Just book the trip and request O’Neal. You won’t be disappointed.

A fab day and wonderful tour! - Very knowledgeable tour guide, heard about Belize /mayan history on the way to the zipline which was really interesting! Every thing was included including equipment hire (excluding croc hire if you need to get shoes for the tubing), entrance fees, and lunch! A really great day and there was a discount for 3 people in low season too which was good! Booking was easy and the tour was fabbbb

I’ll communication - Great tour guide but poor communication by the company. 3 messages I not responded to and the phone number on the app and google was incorrect. Zero setting of expectations so it was a lot of “I guess we will find out later” They have drinks and towels. There is also a place to change clothes. You should bring a change for sure. Ziplining is 1st and then the caves. The hike is not too bad but if I had it to do over again, I’d bring a change of shoes for ziplining and water shoes for the caves. The experience was great but we got off to a really poor start because of the poor communication and that set a tone. Until we actually arrived at the destination 1.5 hours into it

A fun and educational adventure - This was a wonderful adventure and a great time. The only reason that we didh’t rate it higher was because two of the six zip line stations were under significant maintenance and were not available to us. We asked for a partial refund but the zip line company said no. Our guide, O’Neal was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable about everything in the San Ignacio region and also the country as a whole. The tubing through the cave was amazing, and we were able to explore an interesting side cave that most people do not get tp visit. O’Neal knew an enormous amount about the Maya history and culture and the cave portion of the trip was the highlight.
