Great biking day in SF - This bike trip was my best day in San Francisco. Blazing Saddles was very welcoming, giving many advice. The bike was great, easy to handle so I could enjoy a full day with it.

Must do San Francisco experience! - I visit San Francisco often for work, and I ride the Golden Gate Bridge to the Marin Headlands as often as I can, which ends up being several times per month. I have been using Blazing Saddles for the entire time, which spans 15 years. Their bikes are always well-maintained, and very suitable for my ride. I travel light, so I don’t bring my own shoes and helmet, so I’ve never rented a high performance bike, but I have friends that do, and they report that the high performance road bikes are also very well-maintained bikes. The staff are always very helpful, and I’ve experienced no issues with the bikes.

Wicked Experience ! - We come across this stall whilst walking across the seafront. Located next to pier 41, we were welcomed by a friendly gentleman called Gabriel. He showed us what the had to offer and explained everything thoroughly. The bikes we opted for were basic models (The cheapest) everything worked as it should, They come with a build in stand, “D” locks and a storage bag for personal items. What a great experience ! Cannot recommend this place enough, Outstanding Service. Thank you

Perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon - Super friendly staff and great service. Purchased my rentals over one year prior and could not go at that time, but they still honored my rental reservation when the timing was right and I could spend the day showing friends around the city. Super easy and convenient late night return. 10/10 - an incredibly positive experience. The staff even matched our bikes to our outfits. Above and beyond customer service.

Perfect day! - A friend recommended to rent the electric bike and ride it over the bridge to Sausalito and take the ferry back, and what an outstanding recommendation!! I rent bikes and do bike tours many times I travel, and I would put it in the top 5! The staff was super friendly and you really see how they work together as a team. Bike worked perfectly the whole time and the electric automatically turns off to save battery if you stop for awhile. The map they give is informative but I also used my phone maps. Tip - definitely check the ferry schedule as it changes weekend to weekday. Perfect day!

Worth the trip! - Lovely couple of hours using the cycle lanes to cycle too and across the Golden Gate Bridge. Got a good discount from the Big Bus Company. Bikes were ok, staff were friendly (don't mistake abruptness for rudeness), gave us some good tips on the route so off we went.

Would have got a great rating but - While I had been very happy with the overall rental service, the poor rating is because when we collected the rental bikes we were handed ferry tickets but not explicitly told that we would be charged if we used them (I had not opted to buy any in the online booking). As a result we went ahead and used them even though we could have got cheaper fares as we had Clipper cards. As a family of 4 these things add up.
