We had a great time. Muir... - We had a great time. Muir woods was beautiful and the wine tasting was a lot of fun. Loved visiting Napa and Sanoma.

Good day overall! - Sam is an amazing tour guide. He makes sure that all his guests are comfortable. Sam had lots of knowledge to share.
The Muir Woods national park is a good adition. Worth it. The 2 wineries visited were good.

Not worth it if Muir Woods isn’t open, please have better alternative for the future. - Muir Woods was closed so could not visit it. Tour operator did not let us know right away. Only found out when guide came to pick us up. There should be an alternative plan if Muir Woods is closed for the future. Or at least consider giving customers a partial refund or other options.
Just the Sonoma and Napa wine tour were not worth the money. Definitely disappointed. The wine tours were fine, just basic. Not worth it if Muir Woods is not included.

Terrible! - I booked a tour, they charged my card and canceled it one hour after booking. On top of that they returned my money a few days later

Poor - The money was taken from my account two days prior to the tour, then a message one day prior to say that due to lack of interest the tour had to be cancelled. I was offered two alternative dates however, we had another reservation for another tour on one day and the other we were travelling home. Really disappointed as we were looking forward to do this tour! I was then advised it would take 5-7 days for the money to be refunded. I should have been advised prior to taking the money that there were insufficient bookings for the tour to run, which then would have given us more time to look for a suitable alternative.
