Absolutely awful customer service. Will take your money no problem. This was my mom’s birthday gift we were coming from Los banos. Awful traffic over an hour before I knew we were going to be 20 minutes late I kept calling it’s a phone service no person to talk to. I emailed no response. 5 minutes before I finally got a call asking if we were close I explained to him everything he said his boss would be in touch regarding a refund since I bought the peace of mind protection as well. Well I haven’t heard from anyone I’ve sent numerous emails finally got a response on Facebook chat! And they basically told me to kiss that money good bye! The peace of mind states protection up to one hour before departure I sent my email that was over one hour before 11am!!! They offered me another tour even though I’ve stated we are not near by! This tour is not cheap! absolutely never experienced customer service like this AWFUL.
