Kudos to Don! - Don was informative and a delight. He connected with all the passengers and made the experience that much better. We visited 3 vineyards, Roche. Artesa and Madonna. Do yourself a favor, get a bottle at each location.

Awesome Experience - Every winery had something to offer, and all were generous with their pours. The driver was an awesome tour guide and the area is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Love, love, love this tour! - The winery tour was amazing. So many great opportunities for beautiful photos and of course, you will be able to try so many great wines! Even though there was only about an hour allocated to visit each winery, it felt like plenty of time to get to know the places and the wine-making process at each location. Every guide at each location were lovely, friendly, and just outright awesome. Prepare to try many great wines. The actual tour guide person was also professional and experienced.

A wonderful experience - All the Host were engaging and entertaining. Great knowledge and interesting information. Rick at Artesa was really cool. Only one improvement the bus driver could have been more energetic and engaging. At times he lectured us as if children about time and continued to talk about weather conditions and possible road closures. So not our problem

Was transferred to... - Was transferred to BigBus, slightly different wineries with staff who had an increasing level of wine knowledge - loved the last one! Winery selection was more of bulk wine production. Driver spoke a lot - hosted his own talk show.

Good tour needs a bit of reorganizing - The Tour started on time and on a big bus from gray line. It was a fairly well organized tour that was enjoyable . The winemakers explained the process and there was wine tasting . If there was a little less explanation it would be great as then it gives us a chance to explore the vineyard more . Felt a bit rushed at the first two vineyards Jacuzzi and Artesa ( definitely need more time there ) the last one had a lot of wine to offer but not as picturesque. If the tour could include some nibbles or cheese at the vineyard would be great as you are drinking wine without nibbling anything .

If I did it again I’d opt... - If I did it again I’d opt to spend a bit more for a private tour. We had a large group of over 40 people and I would have preferred an experience more tailored to our own interests and not having to be on the schedule and tastings set forth automatically. It would have been nice to be able to choose your own tastings at the wineries but that was not the case. Also, the tour description didn’t line up with the stops we actually made which was strange.

Disappointing to True Wine Lovers - I attended this trip alone and it was quite disappointing to say the least. There are no signs of where to meet at the initial pickup point so I was quite lost. The most disappointing thing, as a true wine lover, was the poor quality of the wines. All are acidic and the wine farms, apart from the second one are disappointing, especially Madonna. It simply should not be on the list. The guide was terrible and just rambled on about nonsensical things while trying to convince us to buy poor quality wine. The second wine farm was beautiful however the guide’s sales tactics were too aggressive. The first one farm was cute, about a 7 min walk around at maximum however if you’ve been to serious wine regions like France and South Africa (to both boutique and large wineries), these wineries simply don’t compare from their presentation, wines and service.
I would say to take this tour to view parts of San Francisco you haven’t seen. Sonoma was the highlight. The bus driver was great.
