A must do when in San Fran - Our tour guide was phenomenal! Very engaging and knowledgeable. Jacuzzi and Artesa were incredible. We finished with Madonna and it was a disappointment compared to the other two stops. All around an unforgettable experience!

A perfect taste of wine country in one day - We had an excellent experience with Don, our guide for the day. As wine enthusiasts, we wanted to have a quick taste of wine country during a short trip to San Francisco and this package was perfect for just that. We visited three wineries that were well equipped for our group and had the timing down to a perfect science. Those three, along with a lunch break in Sonoma Valley, gave a perfectly abbreviated tour that solidified the need for us to come back with more time to spare. Don was excellent-professional, knowledgeable and likeable. The logistics of the day were smooth beginning with prompt pickup, a structured schedule for the visits and a timely drop off. Further, everyone was extremely accommodating for our 4yo son who tagged along for juice and snack tasting. I was skeptical of this tour upon first glance based on the pricing that seemed too good to be true and an ambitious schedule, but it really was the highlight of our San Francisco visit. An incredible value and memorable experience! Will be recommending to many!

Great day out in the wine country - Debbie was a wonderful driver and guide. She took us to three wineries and to Sonoma Plaza then to a view of the golden gate bridge. A wonderful tour all around.

Little too much driving back and forth - Tour guide great. Good value for your money. Only critiques were the air conditioning on the bus was not that great. It worked but not great. Also we zig zagged back and forth too much between Sonoma and Napa. Stop 1 was Sonoma. Then stop 2 was 30 min to Napa. Then stop 3 was BACK to Sonoma. Then stop 4 was back to Napa. Definitely bad order / design and we wasted 30-45 min in the bus. The trip was great besides these 2 things

So so - It was a so so trip, driver was friendly, but one coach full of people, driver had to drive and talk at the same time, with an accent, hard to understand. Artesa winery was good, the other ones not that good.

Absolutely unacceptable experience — discriminatory and disorganized - Our experience on the Napa and Sonoma Wine Tour on November 5, 2025 was one of the worst tours I have ever taken. I feel compelled to warn anyone — especially those traveling with seniors or anyone who expects basic respect — do not book this tour. We were traveling with a senior companion, which means that naturally, things take a little more time — walking, bathroom breaks, and moving around. The driver, whose name I believe was Álvaro (or something similar), showed absolutely no patience or understanding. He was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the day, and it was very clear that we were being treated differently — both because we were Latinos and because we were traveling with someone older. The worst part came during lunch. The driver saw us clearly walking back toward the bus and still decided to leave without us. He didn’t even check if we were on board or if something had happened. There was no communication about the meeting point, no clear schedule, and no concern whatsoever for our safety. We were left stranded and had to take an Uber on our own to reach the last winery. The entire tour was poorly organized, impersonal, and completely disconnected from the guests. The commentary and explanations were generic and lacked relevance or engagement. It felt like the driver and the company only cared about rushing through the itinerary instead of ensuring people were actually enjoying the experience. I have taken wine tours all over the world, and this was by far the most disappointing and unprofessional. If you’re traveling with seniors, or if you simply expect a bit of empathy and organization, please choose another company. This one clearly does not value its customers or basic human decency.
