Great Tour Guide - Our tour guide, Magda, was well informed about the food, the sites we visited as well as the whole San Diego area. My family and I felt she gave us an authentic look at “Old Town” and its history and current happenings. The food was amazing and we enjoyed margaritas, overall very fun! Definitely recommend this tour and Magda!

We had a great experience... - We had a great experience with Ben, we had a small group and learned a lot about San Diego’s history between having some casual easy going conversations with the group. We were really pleased with the food and drinks and we did not leave hungry or totally sober. We got a great taste of old town and Ben was a fantastic tour guide. Thanks again

We were looking for... - We were looking for something a little different for our visit to San Diego, a web search brought up Tequilas, Tacos, and Tombstones. Reservations were super easy, follow up from the company was immediate and consistent. Apurna met us promptly at the appointed time. Courteous, friendly, and professional, we were immediately comfortable with Apurna. For the food portion, we were perhaps a bit skeptical that a couple tacos and margaritas with chips and salsa, some elote, and a churro, would be enough. It was plenty. More importantly, Apurna as a guide was fantastic! Apurna has obviously spent considerable time learning San Diego's history and did an amazing job of presenting it to us. Apparently Apurna has been doing guided tours all over the world for over 20 years, and her experience and expertise showed. This was a very chill experience, got to have same tasty food and learn some San Diego history.

Great food and fun experience - This was so much fun! Blerta was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and presented the history and information so well. The food was great and so were the drinks. The portions were bigger than we expected. Overall, it was a great experience and we want to do other tours with this company an Blerta as well!

Good for a chill night - Our tour guide Magda was very nice and fun. There were two restaurants and a couple food stalls. The first restaurant had an extremely watered down lime margarita but an awesome carnitas taco. The second restaurant had a really mid unflavored fish taco but an awesome margarita. The elote was very good and the churro wasn’t as good without the chocolate sauce. Overall, good sightseeing but the food wasn’t anything to remember and very okay.

Rain or shine or sleet or snow or hail or windstorm! - Our tour guide Benedict was great! The tour manager (?) Bianca was extremely difficult to get ahold of. I messaged via the app and left 2 voicemails with questions regarding canceling and the weather. She finally called 20 mins before the tour was set to begin, and informed us the tours went on rain or shine, and Old Town doesn't really flood anyway. Our second to last stop was a restaurant which did in fact experience an overflowing drain in the middle of the courtyard, soaking our feet, necessitating us to move tables and forgo the last stop of the trip. So when they say rain or shine, they mean it.
