Our Sunset Sailing Tours on San Diego Bay offer a first-hand observation of the picturesque seashore buildings, naval vessels, ancient ships and monuments, native underwater creatures, and remarkable opportunities for photography.
- Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship or flight.
- Our office hours are 12pm until the sunset sail departure. Leave a voice or text message outside of those hours and we will get back to you.
- Be sure to follow the link under “Special Instructions” on your Viator ticket after booking for a detailed map, photos, directions & video of our meeting point.
- This is a shared experience.
- Minimum drinking age is 21 years.
- Each person regardless of age MUST have a ticket due to strict Coast Guard regulations. This includes infants of any age. Extra person’s regardless of age that arrive and put us over our passenger limit will be denied boarding.
- We sail as scheduled in the event of light rain.
- We are located at Safeharbor Sunroad Marina, 945 Harbor Island Dr. San Diego, CA 92109. We will meet at Gate 1 Docks A-D

Great time on girls trip - We had an amazing time on our sunset sail! Captain Aaron was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The boat was clean, comfortable, and easily accommodated the five of us on our girls’ trip. We had plenty of room to relax, enjoy the views, and share some laughs. It was the perfect way to end the day—highly recommend!

A Perfect Sunset Sail in San Diego Bay!
We had an absolutely amazing experience on this sunset sail with Captain Adam! From start to finish, the evening was smooth, relaxing, and incredibly scenic. Captain Adam was friendly, knowledgeable, and created such a welcoming atmosphere onboard.
There were just sixof us on the sail, which made it feel like a private and intimate experience. It was such a fun surprise to meet the other two guests—who turned out to be our neighbors from Arizona! Small world!
The views of the San Diego skyline at sunset were breathtaking, and the entire ride was peaceful and picturesque. This is hands down one of the best ways to experience the bay and the city’s beauty. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting San Diego or even locals looking for a memorable evening on the water. Thank you, Captain Adam!

Very professional and... - Very professional and courteous. Spike was a great captain - Not only did he teach us about the boat, he knows the history of the area.. we had a great time enjoying the sunset views, the stories and the music lesson :)

Boring non-sail - Captain was totally disengaged. Experience did not match description. Skyline of San Diego was never even acknowledged. Engine was on the entire trip with unpleasant diesel odor on deck.
