Our original instructor was a no show so they lined us up with Don who was really good working with us and spent a lot of time with our family. However due to the quick turn around he did not have proper wet suits for us and I had to go in without one. Also all the scheduling issues on your end pushed our surf time from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and the beach was very crowded and not very safe. I'm a school teacher from New York City it cost a lot of money to come here and book this lesson I cannot take another lesson while we're here I would appreciate a partial refund because we lost about a half a day due to this scheduling issue. I normally never complain or write bad reviews but this cost me both time and money and was an added stress on our vacation. Please let me know what you can do for us thank you.
