Overall we had a great time! As the boat captain, I found the gearshift to be extremely tricky to maneuver. There was no smooth transition when accelerating or slowing down. It was as if the mechanics were old/worn or maybe needed lubricant. I had trouble maintaining a comfortable speed. My other issue was the extreme unease of bringing the boat back to dock. I felt like the dockhand waited way too long to start giving me any direction. Having never driven a boat in my life, and only given a five minute crash course at the beginning of the cruise, I felt completely unprepared. Other than those two issues, we had a really great time on the boat.

The boat we were supposed to take came back late and with guests who had vomitted all over. Watching the people come off the boat with vomit on them made members of my party queasy and some even had to go throw up themselves after. While we did get an upgrade to the 12 person boat, the latter in the back had a sharp opening and it sliced open my finger very badly and all I was offered was a bandaid. They asked me 4 times about a tip and kept my credit card and license. They did drive to meet my husband to give them back, but still I had to call and ask for them and when I called the guy said he thought he gave them back. He apologized to my husband when dropping them off but overall it was kind of a shit show and I wouldn’t do it again.
