Awesome! - The two guys that took us out were awesome. We learned a lot about the area and ecosystem in LaJolla/Pacific Beach. We couldn’t go in the caves because of the rougher waters but we got to see them. It was a touch paddle but worth it.

Great job California Adventurers! - We did the two kayak tour with Sawyer and Jason. It was our family of four, my husband and I and our two teenage daughters. It was a true highlight of our trip. We saw sharks, fish and sea lions! Sawyer and Jason were great, knowledgeable, funny and obviously very skilled. We were the only group that made it in and out of the caves safely and without ending up in the water. I was a bit worried about how much rowing was involved after spending the day before at Disney, but we all did great! Tips: bring waterproof phone case and a full change of clothes. We had a bit of a hard time with the wetsuits and two of us wore our coverups/shorts on the kayak. We ended up buying a few extra tshirts after the tour. Unexpected souvenirs but no complaints.

La Jolla from the sea - Worth doing, great way to see a different side of La Jolla away from the crowds. The kayaking was fun, not too long or strenuous and the guides made it really enjoyable.

Kayak was nice but the waves were too rough to enter the cave. However, the guides were informative and helpful. - The shop was clean and the staff were very friendly. Please note that additional charges could be applied. We rented a locker, bought glass holders, and you could buy a phone protector.

Weather dependent but they will not tell you. What you see will be very limited if wakes are bigger and take antiemetics - It would have been a nice experience based on the time and activity duration, however the wakes were on the larger side that day and we couldn’t even get close to the cave as advertised, and we did not get any option or warning of this. The guides were very nice and did a good job explaining what to look for however, but we still got sea sick and made the activity not very enjoyable. I wish there was a warning or option offered the day of or evening when we were checking in.

Kayak tour of the middle of the ocean more like - When we first arrived they informed us that we still owed them $13, that's not included in 3rd party sign up. The instructor said they were going to be in the front and rear. They were both in the front and middle. We didn't get to go inside/near any caves. There was not any real cool sites. The only times we stopped was in the middle of the ocean. The info was interesting, but there was no visuals.
