The group will visit the “Capitania” to explore the significance of cocoa and chocolate in Chiapas and globally. Discussions will cover the differences and reveal what authentic chocolate should include.

Participants will engage in exercises with various cocoa seeds to familiarize themselves and learn to distinguish them.

Following this, directly from the “distillery,” there will be a tasting of the diverse flavors of Posh, a unique Chiapas beverage, with over 50 flavors available. The process of making Posh and its history will be shared. For the adventurous, there will be an opportunity to try the Posh Dragon, the strongest drink.
