Excellent tour - Excellent tour, beautiful view. And our guide, Mr. Mauricio, was very patient with us and our girls. We were also able to take our puppies and he was always looking out for everyone.

Hiking near San Cristobal de las Casas - A very enjoyable hike in the high elevation forest just outside of San Cristobal de las Casas with a very enjoyable guide, Luis of Jaguar Adventures. He is very knowledgeable and speaks English very well although we tried to use our meager Spanish as much as possible. Some steep sections. Nice closeup views of bromeliads.

Amazing hike through the woods with caves as a bonus - I went on this tour with a friend and the hiking was amazing. We first took a hike to the Dragon cave, which was relatively steep, but not incredibly difficult, and walked around inside the cave. Our guide was very friendly, spoke English very well, and kept conversation going. He knew a lot about the area and it was very informative. After the Dragon cave, we went down the other side of the cliff to another set of caves that looked to be much more established with stairs and railings. The dragon cave was my favorite of the two. I think the hike was roughly 7 km total. At the end, there is a place to buy snacks and refreshments if you are hungry. I would definitely recommend and I hope to come back and visit again soon!!

Fun biking and hiking in preserve with cave in San Cristobal - Biked to San Cristobal preserve and hiked to a beautiful cave with Josua, who was informative and lovely . An easy, fun bike ride to a lovely preserve, a great active morning for our moderately active family with a young teen son. Will be happy to use this agency again, they are starting several night bike trips to attractions further south starting next winter.

Amazing hike with an amazing guide - The hike is beautiful, and the caves, especially the first one, are amazing to see. The highlight of the hike was the guide, Josue. He was very knowledgeable and personable, knew what he was doing. Would highly recommend to anyone who feels comfortable with a decently long mountain trek.

Perfect Tour - My guide was Josue. He was absolutely amazing. He was early to pick me up. The hiking was good, although you definitely need to be in good shape for it. The caves were beautiful. Josue gave wonderful recommendations for other tours and sites to see around San Cristobal de las Casas and Chiapas in general. He knew a lot about the area and the customs of the indigenous people. He also made nice conversation when we'd relax for quick break. I highly recommend this tour.

Good area for caves - I'm not reviewing any particular tour, just simply commenting on some of the caves in the area. There were three of them that I saw, which were pretty good. Nothing spectacular, but certainly worth checking out if you are in San Cristobal, as they are a short drive away. You can easily reach them by taxi, cheaply. One of the better ones was at Park Arcotete (see photos), and while not spectacular it has a lot of openings and you can see beautiful forestry through it. There is also what seems to be a pretty intense zipline there, but it was not operating when I was there. Another fun cave to check out is Mamut, which is fairly large so give yourself 30 minutes or so. Finally, there is another cave at Nuevo Rancho, which is moderate, but there's honestly not that much else to do there, so I would probably put that the last on the list.

Not recommended - I do not recommend this company. I arranged with them over WhatsApp a hike and cave exploration. We were supposed to meet at their office in San Cristobal at 9:00. We waited until 9:40, but they did not show up. It was very disappointing, as we were in San Cristóbal for a short time, and their lack of commitment ruined our schedule. I understand that misunderstandings and emergencies happen. But in this case, they did not care to reply to my texts and voice messages. This is highly unprofessional.
