Lots of Frogs - We did multiple night walks while we were in la fortuna so we have something to compare it against. What we really liked about this night walk is that we felt like we saw our life more often, especially frogs. We also walked by a pond and 6 foot came in walked out in front of us. The guide seemed to think that that never happened before, and he didn’t know what to do that was pretty cool. It didn’t last long but at least we saw a bunch. We also saw a two toed sloth. You also can get into this park the next day for free when you take a tour.

Rainforest Night Tour - The night tour was incredible! Our tour guide was very informative and friendly. Make sure to bring bug spray! We saw a sloth, a cayman, many frogs, butterflies, and other insects. Would definitely recommend!

So much wildlife! - This was the best night tour of three that we went on! The title "frogs and reptiles" is underselling it. Our guide Joe saw a ton of wildlife, including an olingo way up in the trees, a sloth, caimans in the water, and of course the promised frogs and reptiles and interesting bugs!

La Fortuna Night Hike February 2025 - I was very excited to walk in the jungle at night and the tour did not disappoint. Not only did we see a variety of frogs, caiman, a "Jesus Lizard", heron, Sloth, and we got a tour of the butterfly garden and habitat. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we were provided water and a snack. The guide also helped us take some amazing photos.

Great experience - Both the night hike and the day tour was very good, we saw a lot of animals, had very good guides and it was very relaxed and not as rousing as others experienced.

Amazing experience seeing wildlife in a reclaimed nature preserve. - Our guide, Paz, did an excellent job pointing out things that would be invisible to most people. We saw many blue jean and red eyed tree frogs, a caiman, and a sloth.

Great experience :) - Super nice place, Paz (our guide) was really enthusiastic and friendly. We saw a lot of different animals including frogs, crocodiles, insects etc. Would definitely recommend.

Great small group tour of an area with lots of wonderful wildlife! - Small group tour of the area. We were equipped with a torch and provided with info on where to look and what to look for. As a group we explored the area and found a variety of wonderful wildlife. Can't remember the name of our guide but he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humour. We saw lots of different things - a sloth, blue jeans frogs, a caiman, toads, butterflies...thanks so much for a great experience!

Very educational - Paz was our tour guide for the night walk. He was very knowledgeable and excited to point out everything he saw that night. We seen an owl, frogs, caiman, leaf cutter ants, lizards. The best part was the sleeping butterflies yes I mean sleeping butterflies And the life of the butterfly display. We even got to see the famous red eyed tree frog.
