Perfect Evening Walking Tour - A great walking tour. It had rest stops and the guide (Rene) was very conscious of staying hydrated. There’s a lot of history and stories on this tour and going at night was really cool.

Disappointed - Well, it all started when we got a call 20 minutes before the tour telling us that the Tower of the Americas was closed and that they would offer us a boat ride on the Riverwalk and give us our passes to the Tower of America that we could do on our own, or we could cancel. Since we were on our way to the pick up point, we decided to drive on. . The tour guide did not meet us at the location, and we had to call her to remind her where we were supposed to meet. Well, she knew a good bit about the Alamo, however it seemed like we were meandering around the Riverwalk rather than seeing anything in particular. She could not find the lock bridge. She just pointed in the direction of La Villita and we decided to part ways as we entered the boat. It was just disappointing.
