1. Reservation Information: The vehicle will be handed over only to the person named in the platform reservation, and the details entered must match the contact (telephone), lodging, and identification information. Otherwise, delivery will not occur. Please contact us in advance to arrange vehicle delivery.
2. Delivery Service: Home delivery is available to your hotel in the island’s center. The vehicle is delivered between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. If unavailable during these hours, delivery will be rescheduled and completed in order of response between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
3. Fuel Level: The vehicle is provided with the same fuel level as received.
4. Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required to rent the vehicle.
5. Alcohol and Drugs: Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances is prohibited. Any signs of intoxication will result in immediate vehicle retention with no refund of the reservation.
6. Vehicle Use: Vehicles are not permitted on the sand. Passengers may not sit on the hood, roof, or travel in the cargo area.
7. Delivery to the Booking Holder: The vehicle will only be delivered to the reservation holder, who must present a valid physical identification document (not digital). Failure to present the required document will result in vehicle retention with no refund of the reservation.
8. Number of Passengers: The number of passengers must not exceed the capacity specified in the reservation. Any violation will result in vehicle retention with no refund of the reservation.
9. Duration of Booking: The reservation is for 8 hours, starting and ending at the time established on the platform. If you wish to receive the vehicle later or at a different location, please contact us. However, the service will always conclude at the time stipulated on the platform.
10. Liability for Damage: The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
