This picturesque setting of the candlelit Baroque Hall is located in the heart of Salzburg’s old town. The three-course meal is inspired by historical recipes from the 1700s, so you try dishes that you wouldn’t usually make at home. Musicians of the Amadeus Consort Salzburg, consisting of an exquisite chamber ensemble and two opera-singers, all dressed in authentic Rokoko costumes, inspire with a lively and first-class show.

Enjoy an evening likely to have taken place in 1790 - in the Baroque Hall lit by candles, having a dinner based on historical recipes, listening to a concert with musicians in authentic costumes and the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The venue, St. Peter Stiftskulinarium is the oldest restaurant in middle Europe and even Mozart and his family used to dine there.
Dress Code: smart casual, admission until 7:15pm
- Wheelchairs: there is no lift, but wheelchairs can be carried upstairs by staff (no electric, heavy wheelchairs). Please arrive no later than 6:30 pm.
- Evening starts at 7:30pm, admission until 7:15pm, doors open at 6:30pm, box office is available from 6:00 pm.
- Late seating ist possible only during intermissions. Early appearance recommended.
- Seats are at shared tables and will be assigned on the spot
- Dress code is smart casual.
- Please advise any specific dietary requirements on the spot.

The performance was... - The performance was fantastic. The musicians were highly skilled and the singers interacted with the audience. The food and service was considered and pleasant. We highly recommend.

Proposal at Mozart - I had the most incredible experience at the Mozart Dinner Concert, where I planned my proposal. The team was very supportive and helped me organize everything perfectly. The singer was part of the proposal, and her beautiful performance made the moment so special. The setting, with the music and the enchanting atmosphere, could not have been better. My partner was completely surprised and overjoyed — it was everything I expected and more. Thank you so much for making this moment unforgettable!

Mozart in Salzburg with schnitzel on the side! - This was a lovely event. We got there about 7 pm and we're seated immediately. I was able to get a schnitzel and fries ordered for my picky eater opera fan, but we enjoyed our traditional meal just as much! The cocktails were also quit tasty! And the music was divine!! Beautiful singers and wonderful musicians. A great night!

Favorite thing we did on our visit to Salzburg! - One of the highlights of our trip to Salzburg was the Mozart Dinner Concert at St. Peter Stiftskulinarium, the oldest restaurant in Europe (built in 803 AD). The evening was magical, blending history, exceptional food, and stunning music. The courses were interspersed with live performances of Mozart’s masterpieces, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the price was surprisingly reasonable for such a unique experience. If you’re in Salzburg, this is a must-do for music and history lovers alike!

high quality experience - Good entertainment for the family. Can be tenuous with children but we put some work in ahead of time and during the performances/discussed Mozart and had our 14 year old follow along in the program in both italian and english. The food was good (we had high expectations and it was fitting for a nice restaurant). The star of the show is the opera singer (from Brazil, trianed in the US and Europe) who is also a professor at the Mozart music univerisity in Salzberg (with impressive resume). Of course the female singer was also very good! She was from Salzberg. My favorite part: Kids these days may have little opportunity to be exposed to high quality music like this, how fortunate to experience it in such a genuine setting, by performers who clearly love what they do.

A Salzburg highlight - This was truly a great experience - even the kids (9 & 11yo) loved it. The performers really went out of their way to give everyone a memorable and humorous Mozart experience. Bravo.

A nice experience - The dinner itself was good, tasty, I'd give it an 8/10. The concert was lovely with great and talented musicians. I'd love if there was a bit less opera and more instrumental pieces but it was fun. Drinks are way overpriced.

Exceeding Expectations - The music was fantastic! Talented musicians and opera singers were both terrific. They made for a fun experience. The choices of music was great—Don Giovani, Figuero & The Magic Flute. We had low expectations for the food (b/c relatively inexpensive), but were pleasantly surprised with very good dinner!! Overall a great evening & experience!

Poor food selection. Not worth money. - Significantly reduced portion sizes and quality of meal. At least allow us to pick from main menu. Quality below average. We feel we were taken advantage with the dinner. We paid almost $200.00. Any restaurant would have been better quality and less expensive. Whoever managed this we would like money back for the dinners.
