Delicious experience 😋 - It was fun, informative and delicious! I highly recommend this hands on activity to anyone. The goulash they served with it was tasty as well. The two teachers did an excellent job explaining the history and process.

Unique experience - highly recommended - The Edelweiss cooking school in Salzburg offers a unique experience in a fascinating, cave-like environment under mountain arches. Our lunch class was excellently organized - first we prepared apple strudel, followed by Salzburger Nockerl. During the wait we enjoyed a delicious goulash. The course was mainly held in English, but was very understandable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the cooking experience was great fun. Highly recommended!

Fun! Highly recommend, good for families - A very enjoyable experience! Leonardo was a very good instructor and he and his associate Veronica both spoke English very well. The instructions were easy to follow, and the food was delicious!

Great value! Highly recommend! - Wonderful class! Very glad that we did it. Great value. We were able to make the apple strudel. The demonstrated every step and then we got to do it on our own and make our own apple strudel. Then while I was baking, they showed us how to make another dessert And we got to do that from start to finish. We got to eat our apple strudel and the other dessert and they even boxed up what we cannot finish. The goulash they served us for lunch was great too!

Wonderful time! - We had a great time. Very nice people, well prepared, fun location in a cave, delicious food, and exactly the right amount of help / independence / instruction. If I had one suggestion it would be to include maybe one drink at lunch without charging more.

Great value for the experience and includes goulash and the desserts you make - Booked this on a whim during a day trip to Salzburg and it was wonderful. Agnes was so personable and helped us feel confident with our strudel pastry stretching skills (which was an intimidating process even for the cooking experts in our group). The goulash soup was warm on a cold day and very filling. You can purchase a beverage to enjoy with your soup if you like. Well worth the money for the class, soup, desserts and education. We also loved that there were only 11 people in our class and our party of 4 was able to stay together.

A delicious and fun experience - The instructors were warm and helpful. We got to chat with other guests and by the end of the experience, we were all laughing and chatting together over goulash and our desserts.
