Quebrada del Rio de las Conchas - The region’s erosion has created a series of natural marvels such as the Devil’s Throat, a deep and enclosed canyon. The Amphitheater boasts perfect natural acoustics. Other formations include The Toad, The Friar, The Obelisk, and The Castles.
Gradually, the barren landscape gives way to expansive vineyards, leading to one of the most remarkable areas within the Calchaquíes Valleys: Cafayate, a village of single-story houses featuring late 19th-century colonial and baroque architecture. Quebrada de las Conchas: Over 10 stops at multicolored formations shaped by wind and water erosion, including the Devil’s Throat, The Amphitheater, La Yesera, Las Ventanas, Los Castillos, and more.
Cafayate - In Cafayate, visitors can tour a winery and sample the finest wines in the region. While Torrontés is often associated with the area, there are also extensive vineyards dedicated to red grapes like Malbec, Tannat, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Quebrada del Rio de las Conchas - Return to Salta via the Quebrada de las Conchas along Route 68, stopping at sites missed on the outbound journey and experiencing this stunning and unique Argentine landscape.
Valle de Lerma - Before reaching the city of Salta, a technical stop is made in La Viña or Talapampa for snacks or restroom breaks.

Valle de Lerma - Depart from Salta through the Lerma Valley heading south until reaching El Carril, then turn west towards the Quebrada del Escoipe and the first breathtaking landscapes. Technical stops are available for restroom breaks or snacks.
Cuesta del Obispo - Experience the majestic Cuesta del Obispo and Enchanted Valley, surrounded by mountains. After Piedra del Molino (3,400 m.a.s.l.), cross Los Cardones National Park.
Parque Nacional Los Cardones - Ascend from the fertile Lerma Valley through the Escoipe Gorge, continuing along the impressive Bishop’s Hill and Enchanted Valley, surrounded by mountains. After Piedra del Molino (3,400 m.a.s.l.), cross Los Cardones National Park.
Valle Encantado - Visit local grocery stores and pass through the village where peppers dry by the roadside.
Cachi - Arrive at noon in the colonial town of Cachi, with 2 hours free for lunch and exploration. The town’s cobblestone streets and adobe houses offer a glimpse into a place frozen in time, preserving its original essence. During these 2 hours, explore the 10-block by 10-block area and savor the local culinary offerings. Rejoin the guide to begin the return to Salta.

Humahuaca - Spend 20 minutes in the village of Humahuaca for exploration and visits before returning to Salta.
