Salta - Humahuaca - We had a wonderful tour from Salta to Humahuaca with Miguel and Daniela. Miguel and Daniela know the history and the sights. We also had the best experience visiting the local markets and restaurants where we tasted the local typical dishes. Miguel is a very safe and conscientious driver. It was a long and interesting day in a good company.

Good scenery, confusing service - The excursion is good and the landscapes very beautiful. I would have liked maybe a little guide on how to make the most of the day in the villages as they gave us the free time but did not advise us on what to do. Me too. It was uncomfortable the gua de Humahuaca because the truth did not contribute anything to the visit, took us to the runs after eating at a place where they sold ruanas and wool things and then asked us for tips. Which we weren't aware of. It's not a question of silverware, but we paid a tip for something that didn't give us anything. The hired guide also asked us for a tip at the end of the tour and that also dislocated us, as we paid for a guided tour.
In conclusion, I understand that times are pressing but the drivers drive too fast and gender a little insecurity.

Great day, amazing scenery…. but a long day! - Recently had a day tour into the mountains with Raul and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were sent a WhatsApp message the night before confirming our pick up time although would have been better to have a shorter pick up slot (40 minutes is a big pick up slot for a tour).
We were picked up in a minibus which was comfortable enough (luckily my husband sat in the seat near the door with lots of leg room). The bus had air conditioning which was a bonus.
We were the only English speakers on the tour but Raul tried really hard to keep us informed on what we were seeing on the tour. His English was good.
Regarding the itinerary, we were first to be picked up and spent the next hour picking everyone else up. It was probably about 3 hours before our first stop to use the bathroom, grab a coffee etc.
We really enjoyed the towns we visited but would have liked an extra 30 minutes in Purmamarca and less time in Humahuaca. The lunch place recommended by Raul wasn’t great and we felt expensive for the quality of food offered. Also they charged a 20% fee for paying by credit card. We wish we’d gone and found somewhere in the town as there were a few restaurants to choose from.
The scenery was absolutely stunning and the towns were all very quaint and whilst the trip was long (circa 13 hours), we felt it was worth it for the money paid.
Thanks for a great day.

I recommend - Good tour to meet and make Shopping of crafts, coat, ceramics and colorful flame teddies.
Guide Leo was very friendly.

Beautiful places visited - We traveled in a comfortable minibus. The driver/guide handled it very well. The only thing I would change is that they would have to go with a guide because it is difficult to handle and explain. Despite that, he did very well!!

The color of the hills is a pleasure for the view that arouses emotions - Beautiful and imposing landscapes of our NOA, an excursion through the typical colorful landscapes of Jujuy. We also went to Hornocal by van from Humahuaca. I had a bitter taste for the lack of explanation from the guide, Leo, as he told us very little about the landscape and history of the region. We came from previous excursions with Guides Arthur, Victor, Benicio and Lorraine who told us everything from geology to the history of the place and also the ancestral inhabitants of the lands, and I expected something similar on this excursion. The guide spoke little and nothing during the trip. Luckily we had the opportunity to go back down that route when we went to Salinas and Lorena told us everything we lacked.
We did not stop in Huacalera or Tumbaya as the tour offered
Nevertheless it is one of the most beautiful excursions to Jujuy due to the beauty of the landscape

A flavourless and purely commercial tour - A very disappointing tour where stops are very commercialized to sell us extremely expensive Arte Guanico products. Very little cultural interest. Guide a disaster. Makes us some comments from some places at the microphone on the bus without ever accompanying us during stops or it seems more important. And at the end of the day makes it possible to make comments about its foreign customers and smells. A shame. It is better to rent a car and go around or at least you have the freedom to stop for as long as you wish and in places of greater interest.

Very disappointing - Grubby old transport with very poor sound system. We were furst to be collected at 7.25. We finally left Salta 8am.
Very basic info from guide about geology. Music blaring. Presumably for the driver.
Tourists desteve better. Such as TIAMAR. Clean new vehicles and very knowledgeable guide.

Need a refund. Avoid as is an expensive bus ride. Use another company and go to the Salinas instead - While the guide was friendly, there was nothing else positive about this tour. We only realised that the tour was so bad as we did part of it on another 2 days later.
It had multiple issues which included:
1) Being 25 mins late to pick us up and we were the first ones
2) Circling the town trying to find other passengers for 35mins. We left Salta after 8am
3) The guide and driver were scruffy in appearance as was the vehicle which had stains and food crumbs on seats.
4) There was little relevant information at the start of the journey and the mic did not help. We did the same journey to Volcan and Purmamarca with another company (Tiamar EVT) where there was so much valuable information provided in a clear and engaging way.
5) We had unnecessarily long and pointless shopping, rest and refreshment stops.
6) We spent 13 hours driving to spend just over 2 hours sightseeing.
7) There were no stop offs at key viewpoints
8) We had to buy an extra tour of the 14 colour hills for 30.000 each or it would have just been a long uncomfortable bus ride to tourist-centred villages with little authentic culture or attraction.
