Unbecoming of Viator - The website says it for 9hours approximately without any time limit at any place . However suddenly just before I am dropped the agent of viator calls me and in a rude and arrogant manner tells me to pay 60 pounds sterling for an extra hour at bath . The contract never said any thing . The person from the agency, who had no business in calling me , sought to rumble a complete baseless pompous reasoning and also to suggest that if I did not pay steps would be taken against me . As you will see the agency seems to have made a habit of making such money in excess to the amount collected by Viator . When Viator was contacted they could only blurt out an apology without any further steps . When I had asked for the receipt of excess 60 pounds there was a stoic silence ….. no transparency . Viator had really caused me and my family mental harassment in this entire incident .

A disastrous Experience with Viator - Avoid at all cost - I recently booked two trips with Viator, and I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. Specifically, the Stonehenge and Bath day trip was a complete disaster, especially since we were traveling with children and my elderly mother. The trouble began when we arrived at the Roman Baths in Bath. Despite having vouchers, the officials did not accept them. We made 3-4 frantic calls to Viator's office, only to be repeatedly redirected to local operators who were clueless about our issue. This ordeal wasted over an hour of our time, and we eventually had to buy additional tickets just to enter the site. Viator's trip description clearly stated that admissions and tickets were included. However, the lack of assistance and poor management meant we had to incur significant extra expenses. To make matters worse, our return was delayed, resulting in an additional £75 charge from our cab driver. Despite assurances from Viator that we would be reimbursed for the extra tickets (£127) and the cab fare (£75), we were not refunded a dime with no channel to escalate the entire experience left us frustrated and disappointed. I urge potential travelers to think a zillion times before booking with Viator. The lack of support and hidden costs turned what should have been a pleasant trip into a stressful and costly ordeal.
