Salento - The journey begins at 8:00 a.m. from Salento’s main square. After enjoying breakfast, a 4x4 vehicle takes the group along the historic national road to the border between Quindío and Tolima, with stops at scenic viewpoints overlooking the central mountain range.
At an altitude of 3,400 meters, the descent to the La Carbonera estate begins, where participants will encounter the wax palm and embark on a 4.5 km trek to the La Leona estate. Here, a traditional drink and lunch await.
The adventure continues with a descent to the Tochecito waterfall, a revered site with crystal-clear waters, before returning to Salento by jeep in the afternoon.
