In which we seek to highlight the traditional expressions around the culture, such as; gastronomy, music, agricultural and craft techniques.

It consists of a three-hour walk, starting from the ‘El Molino’ farm on the Salento - Valle del Cocora road. It has a range of 5.2 km with a medium-low level demand level.

Throughout the journey, varied topographical and geographical landscapes of the region will be traversed, enriched by a vast array of biological diversity and holding a significant cultural history contributing to the social growth and establishment of the Salento inhabitants. During the expedition, diverse forest types will be distinguished, and a historical overview of land utilization will be created. The trip concludes at the Santa Lucía refuge, an agricultural and reforestation hub. Here, a customary lunch indigenous to the region will be enjoyed, before returning to Salento.
