It was obvious that the tour operator had a wealth of historical knowledge and information. It was just too bad that he spoke very quickly and very softly. With the noise level in the area, it would have been much better if he wore a headset and microphone to project his voice. Several other folks on the tour also commented to me that they were having difficulty hearing all of the wonderful information he was trying to impart to us. Also, he tended to sometimes give information as we were trying to follow him along. Only the first one or two people could hear him. Again, we were grateful for his knowledge and ability to answer questions, but really wish he would have slowed down his speech pace.
