The views!!! - The original plan was booked for Segovia and Toledo but I was informed a day before that some of the things were going to be closed. So I was offered a choice of a refund or a tour to Salamanca and Avila. I picked the tour and it was a great time! Our tour guide was Andres he was great! We were a small group, it felt very personalized and intimate. Definitely recommend!!

Very good experience to know both cities in one day. - Very good experience. It's a small group, so you can always listen to the guide and ask questions. Our guide, Christian was super good and knows a lot about the history of both places. Highly recommended.

My Favorite Experience (MFE) - Where to begin… We had already spent the past week exploring Madrid and San Sebastián and we were tired. We booked this outing the night before as a “last minute” way to see what we could before we flew home. I was hesitant because I wanted a low-key final day in Madrid, but my spouse thought we needed to see what we could while we were here. God, she was so right. Our day started with a handshake and ended in a hug because Christian and Andres are the types of people who meet you where you are in life and then want to genuinely make sure you have an experience that defines your day (maybe even your trip). The cities were incredible, the gents were well informed, and the countryside is beautiful when you’re in transit. Not so much walking that you regret signing up, but enough to keep the blood flowing. The stops for drinks/snacks/lunch are perfectly placed. Highlight of our trip.

Not to be trusted - At the last minute, our trip was canceled and we had very little time to try to do anything else. They said it was weather related, but I can’t understand how that was the case because there wasn’t any bad weather in the area. I think they just didn’t have enough people to go on the tour and then decided to just cancel it like the airlines do
