- Sumharam Street - The ancient ruins of the once-renowned city of Sumharam (Khor Rohri) are located here. This city was the easternmost outpost of the Hadramawt Kingdom on the ancient incense route connecting the Mediterranean Sea, Persian Gulf, and India. Khor Rori was a significant port on the Dhofar coast and a major trading city for frankincense, believed to have been the hub and harbor for shipping frankincense (UNESCO World Heritage site).
- Taqah Castle - Constructed in the 19th century, Taqah Castle served as the office and residence of the Wali of Taqah until 1970.
- Al Mughsail Beach - Al Mughsail is where the white sand meets the deep blue ocean. At high tide, waves burst through the natural, colossal ‘Blow Holes’ at the far end of the ‘Rocky beach’ with a cave-like entrance. Al Mughsail Beach is a white sand beach approximately 5 km long. The blowholes are fountains near the Al Mughsail area.
