- Sultan Qaboos Mosque - Located in Salalah, the Sultan Qaboos Mosque is the largest mosque in the Dhofar Governorate and the southern region of Oman. This mosque is a prominent landmark in Salalah, situated in the city center on 23rd July Street. The mosque’s architecture is Islamic, featuring two domes and two tall minarets positioned on the northern and southern sides. Visitors are welcome from Saturday to Thursday between 8 am and 11 am. Men are expected to wear modest clothing respecting the mosque’s sanctity (no shorts), while women should dress to cover their bodies, including heads, arms to wrists, and legs to heels.
- Al-Husn Souq - Also known as Haffa Souq, this traditional market offers perfumes, clothes, souvenirs, and the renowned Frankincense.
- Al Haffa Beach - Known for its white sandy beach and coconut trees, this site offers a breathtaking view of the blue water and the surrounding historic city of Salalah.
