Sal - Get out for an adventurous sightseeing tour that is perfect for discovering the desert and, the hidden treasures of this popular and most deserted destination. This trip will take you to Salt Lake Salinas of Pedra de Lume, the second saltiest water in the world after the Dead Sea, an incredible lake where you can lie down and float, even if you can’t swim, and you will be left with smooth skin as if you had a natural scrub. Next, you will travel to Buracona, where you will see the “Blue Eye”, one of the 7 wonders of the island and its natural pool, where you will have time to swim in its crystal clear waters if the conditions are ideal for bathing.
Then you will move on to Miragem, where you will see the fata morgana effect of water illusions in the desert. Admire the natural reserve of Murdeira Bay and enjoy the beautiful view of Lion mountain. At the end, you will visit Shark Bay, where you will experience lemon sharks in their natural habitat up close.
Enjoy a half-day island tour and visit places like Blue Eye, Miragem, Salinas Salt lake and Shark Bay. Swim in the salt lake and Buracona natural pool with your group, before heading out to sea to see some lemon sharks.

Sal half day - Amazing day! Saw alll the Islands main sites and our guide Vanessa was super and funny! The sharks were the most exciting part!

October solo - Very friendly tour guide.
Got to see some natural sites of Cape Verde and would highly recommend.
The sharks are a must, though the salt mines are a close second.

Sharks, salt lake and blue eye magic!!✨ - Just a beautifully awesome and informative day. Well worth it.
Our guide was fun and helpful and gave us lots of info about the places we were seeing. The shark experience was everything I hoped it would be and more. If you want to see the main attractions on Sal this is a perfect tour for you. Salinas salt lake was mesmerising and after a float and mineral mud bath our skin feels incredible. What a fabulous day.

A must ! - Fantastic experience! Went with my 14year old son and we are still talking about it. Young lemon sharks swimming between your legs, floating on a salt lake and the blue eye. Our guide was full of information about the island, funny and very friendly. Definitely recommend

Overpriced for what it is. - The Salinas was the highlight of the trip - very cool to float and exfoliate with the natural salt and mud!
The shark experience left much to be desired - you walk out to knee high water and the “guides” use a dead fish to lure the lemon sharks to your area. They didn’t tell us one fact or story about the sharks - they didn’t speak at all. It’s not a swimming experience or anything special besides standing there for about 10-15 minutes.
The blue eye was a bit disappointing too — by the time we got there it was no longer centered in the water. You stand in line for about 20 minutes just to see the sun shine into a hole. We were told we would be swimming in the natural pool there as well. It wasn’t until we were stepping off the bus that they explained depending on the day, we may or may not be able to swim…and of course, it was a no swim day due to natural conditions. We understand that it was a safety issue, but would have liked to have been aware of the possibility when we had the opportunity to shower at the salt mine instead of carrying that with us the rest of the day.
