- The Lake Phuket Elephant Nursery Ethical Sanctuary - 11.30 am. Start your day with a pickup from your accommodation in a luxury, air-conditioned van. From there, take a scenic drive through beautiful scenery to the sanctuary located in the jungle. Meet your guide and learn a little more about the elephants before gathering up some bananas and cane sugar.
1.30pm. Follow your guide through the forest and watch the elephants resting up in the hills, and discover the free-roaming elephants in a safe, sustainable and ethical environment. Your guide will tell you about each elephant’s individual stories.
Walk with the elephants down from the hill. You will learn about their lifestyle and behaviors.
3 pm.Watching the wildlife animals play in the mud and bathe in the ponds by themselves and you will learn from our experienced tour guide with our elephants.
Finally, enjoy a delicious set menu lunch and a dish from the Thai Cooking Class together with seasonal fresh fruits before heading back to your hotel.

Best time! - The staff was very knowledgeable and they seemed to really care about the elephants that were in their care. It was an amazing experience I would recommend it to anyone!! I only wish they were able to rescue more elephants.

Great day with the gentle giants - Highly recommend. We had a great time, delicious papaya salad that you make yourself, delicious lunch, beautiful calm and happy elephants. And our guide gave us a lot of information about the elephants, took our pictures with them, and was just awesome. Lovely staff! Bring mosquito spray!!!

Incredible memory feeding and bathing the elephants - Getting to bathe with the elephants was an unforgettable memory. The animals are clearly very well loved, and I highly recommend supporting this place.

Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience and a MUST! - Spent the day with LuLu and Lai Mai….walking through the forest, feeding them and bathing them. They were the sweetest girls! This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a must for Phuket. Then lunch!!! Authentic, delicious and so much food! This is soooo worth it! Thank you to Dang and all of the employees who made it special.

Great Experience! - We loved going to The Lakes and the entire experience they provided. We got picked up/dropped off at our hotel which was very convenient and helpful. The day was a blast and it seemed like the elephants were very happy and well taken care of!

Fantastic Tour @ The Elephant Sanctuary. - This is my second time at this sanctuary. Nothing has changed. The lunch was delicious and fresh. The elephants are well taken care of by their owners. The tour was well organized and executed. We were given opportunities to take pictures with the elephants. I would highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful day with the Elephants - The Elephants were the stars of this tour. It was such a privilege to get so close to these magnificent animals. We cut up their sugar canes and fed them by hand then followed them to their watering hole where you could go in with them and give them a scrub down! It was clear the elephants were loving it. We also partook in preparing a green papaya Thai Salad which we ate as part of our lunch. Our Guide, Yiu, was excellent and informative. The whole day was superb. Definitely would recommend and the added bonus is that you are helping the Elephant sanctuary to give a peaceful future for elephants rescued from their arduous working lives.

Amazing - Amazing amazing amazing from start to finish small group as in 3 of us . Did the morning one a lot cooler in March . Elephant experience was brilliant . Especially the feeding and bathing with them . Was a little scared of them at first but no need to be. The guide was very informative love all of his elephants. Cooking and food experience was brilliant. All food was amazing especially the papaya salad . Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Truly a memorable experience.

The Lake Elephants - Loved the elephants and watching them in their natural habitat we got to cut up their food and feed them if you wanted to you could wash them. We didn’t do that also was included a Thai cooking class but we only made a salad. The operator loves his elephants, but the introduction was way too long over 2hrs before we seen them.
