- The Lake Phuket Elephant Nursery Ethical Sanctuary - 11.30 am. Start your day with a pickup from your accommodation in a luxury, air-conditioned van. From there, take a scenic drive through beautiful scenery to the sanctuary located in the jungle. Meet your guide and learn a little more about the elephants before gathering up some bananas and cane sugar.
1.30pm. Follow your guide through the forest and watch the elephants resting up in the hills, and discover the free-roaming elephants in a safe, sustainable and ethical environment. Your guide will tell you about each elephant’s individual stories.
Walk with the elephants down from the hill. You will learn about their lifestyle and behaviors.
3 pm.Watching the wildlife animals play in the mud and bathe in the ponds by themselves and you will learn from our experienced tour guide with our elephants.
Finally, enjoy a delicious set menu lunch and a dish from the Thai Cooking Class together with seasonal fresh fruits before heading back to your hotel.

Bucket List Elephant Experience - This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, do not miss out! I am a huge animal lover and would never pay for an animal experience where I felt an animal was being abused or not taken care of properly. This sanctuary consisted of well-taken care of and happy Gentle giants! You can tell the humans love their animals and that the animals love them back. We got to learn about these amazing creatures and how they live. We were taught how to interact with them in a safe way. We fed them, walked with them and even helped bathe and brush them! After this amazing experience we learned how to make an authentic Thai papaya salad and had a delicious Thai lunch cooked for us on-site. Would 1,000% recommend

Best experience - One of the best experiences I've ever had
I was worried the rain would ruin our day but it actually made it that much more memorable

Lake Phuket Elephant Sanctuary - It was the best experience and very worth it! We walked with the elephants, learned about their behaviors and what it is like in their natural environments. The most amazing part of our trip! Our guide was amazing and gave us the best learning and experience for the elephants!

Elephant feeding and bathing - A wonderful experience and hosted brilliantly by Tod. We had the surprise privilege of a private tour to meet 3 lovely elephants. The initial wet weather soon cleared and feeding and bathing the elephants was a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you 😎

Elephants at the Lake - A lovely time spent with friendly and helpful staff who are keen to share their knowledge of the elephants with you. The elephants are well cared for in a very ethical way, I would highly recommend this.

Amazing time!!! - Absolutely wonderful! The staff was amazing and so accommodating. The food class was so nice and refreshing the guide was so kind and informative. Best experience ever. The elephants were beautiful it was just a great experience

Beautiful elephants - The elephant sanctuary was amazing, the elephants are so lovely I loved everything about the sanctuary. The staffs are so friendly. Our guide was so funny and nice, he really made all of us laugh, he explained everything very thoroughly. We would love to go back.

Elephants are magical… enough said - From the moment we arrived at the sanctuary we were in absolute love. We got to spend so much time watching the magnificent elephants and then the experience of feeding, walking freely and bathing with them was magical.
The cooking class and lunch was also highly commendable. The team at the Sanctuary are awesome and totally invested in what they do !!
