A fun experience in Chimachogoli - I was able to wear hanbok with my daughter, which I wanted to try on at one time, and the rental shop system was very easy to understand, and the staff was very friendly and handy, and I enjoyed the experience. It was a good memory.

Hanbok Rentals - The shop is amazing. They have alot of costumes to choose from kids to adults and males to females. They also have nice staffs. And rental fees are reasonable

Amazing Hanbok Experience - Very easy process and it was a very enjoyable experience. The hanboks were nice and smelled clean. Staff is very helpful.

Dressing Up Joseon Style - If you're into Joseon period drama, this is a must. There were so many clothing pieces from which you can choose. The mistake I made was signing up for a 1.5 hour duration. I wish I had signed up for more than 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to have worn the hanbok longer for more picture taking opportunities. 1.5 hours was not enough.

Great Hanbok rental place - It was a super busy store. Mia from the Second floor of the store helped my family a lot. I am a plus size and she helped me a lot on choosing my hanbok for the day. Too bad they don’t have a photographer around to take a studio photo. I hope they offer it in the future.

Hugely Disappointed - This was the top thing on my parents bucket list when it came to going to South Korea for the first time. There’s numerous rental stores around this area and it was hard to find the actual store. They gave us a locker to store our valuables in but it was broken so good thing we checked if it worked first. I understand that usually in Asian countries the sizes are way smaller compared to the U.S. but I was hugely disappointed to find that if you usually wear a medium or larger that you can only pick from a small part of the rack which lacked so much in different color choices and designs compared to the many other racks We were one of the first people in line and the short collection to choose from would suck even more if we came in a later time especially if all the custom larger sizes are all rented out for a few hours to see the temple. There was one very accommodating worker but everyone else seemed to be rushing us through the experience.

Add chairs or benches for good customer serivuce - The management need to put benches or chairs for customers
They have too little staff for the number of online customers who unknowingly did not expect very slow service .
