Beyond the Beach excursion in South Martinique. Feb 2023 - Leslie was great in helping me plan a small private excursion. She was very flexible in recommending our custom itinerary & making it very easy for my tour members to complete their booking to the private tour. Joshua was an excellent driver/guide & his English for his narrative for describing Martinique's history & points of interest was excellent, as well. He added a surprise to the end of the tour to his "special spot". I highly recommend Beyond the Beach for your visit to Martinique.

Scam - Perfect example of a scam no communication from tour operator and even poor communication from Viator itself. I was charged and on the day of my tour I still didn’t know a meeting point when I spoke to Viator they didn’t inform me of there been any issue just told me to contact, the operator this operator does not even exist on Google or any search engine as a matter of fact spoke with Viator again and Raven the operator told me that my trip was cancelled even though it was saying that it was confirmed on my end .I was told I was told it would take over three days for them to investigate and sort out my refund because they need to contact the tour operate first when I stated that this was unacceptable she ended the chat. Still waiting for my refund
