Exquisite Taxi & Tours with Janel Baird - My encounter with Janel Baird was an extraordinary one, from beginning to end. I was looking for a tour driver but didn’t have anyone particular in mind. As I approached Janel, she greeted me with an infectious smile and a brief introduction of herself. Her pleasant, friendly demeanor captivated me and soon we were on our way. As the tour of the island commenced, Janel gave me a brief history of her beautiful island, Antigua. As we continued, she pointed out all the native fruit trees and fascinating places of interest, allowing me to take photos wherever and whenever I wanted to. Janel allowed me as much time as I wanted to enjoy the breathtaking views. She also allowed me to sample some of the island's fruits, like sugar apples and mangoes which were delicious. Her cheerful laugh, funny jokes and local folklore had me engaged throughout the tour. Janel is a super hostess, and I would recommend her taxi/tour service to anyone visiting Antigua. We met as strangers and parted as friends. July 2024 Donovan Turnquest

Value for your money!!! - I was recommended to Janel through a mutual friend who visited Antigua in May 2023, and I am so grateful for the referral. From the moment I met Janel, she made me feel like family with her warm and welcoming personality. Her knowledge about Antigua's history is impressive, and she shared fascinating stories and insights throughout our tour. Janel's exceptional service exceeded my expectations. She not only guided us to the most beautiful and significant sites on the island like the devils bridge and shirleys heights just to name a few, but also made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves every step of the way. She also treated us to the best mouthwatering grilled chicken wrap and refreshing fruit punch that added a delightful touch to the day. Her enthusiasm for Antigua is contagious, and it made my experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and friendly guide in Antigua, I highly recommend Janel. She truly provides a unique and memorable experience.

Best island tour - This was the most relaxing and well organized tour that my family has been on. Janel and her husband picked up in an air conditioned van. We toured all of Antigua and saw historical sites. Great photo ops. Janel was so accommodating as my three year old wanted to go for a swim so we stopped at a beautiful beach along the way. We drove through the rainforest and picked local fruits. Janel also stopped at the local markets for fresh fruits and souvenirs as requested. Lunch was so tasty, jerk chicken rice and peas, mashed potatoes and punch. This was overall a great tour especially for my older parents and three year old. We will definitely return to Antigua and do this tour again

Excellent visit - We were on a Caribbean cruise. We made several islands our experience was beautiful. But arriving in Antigua and taken care of by Jeanelle was a dream experience not only was her experience of the island perfect but it took us everywhere. She made us taste the fruit of the land. She drove us to a beautiful beach and she returned us to the boat well in advance. The more friendly and courteous she was. For the best price. I recommend everyone to enjoy.

Book the tour! It was GREAT! - I finished the half day excursion today with the beautiful Janel and her lovely husband. This is my 1st time in Antigua AND my 1st solo trip so I wanted to make sure I booked something that would allow me to view Antigua’s beauty in full while also staying safe. I was the only guest that booked for Sunday so I had my very own private tour! Janet and her husband picked me up at my resort’s reception area on time, and made sure to educate me on every aspect of our trip. Janet is very personable and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It’s the little things that make such a big difference, like how pleasant they were in making small talk, providing me with wet towelettes and a water bottle to help me cool off in the Caribbean heat, stopping the car just to pick some fresh local fruit from trees to have me try, and even recommending a local restaurant to eat some yummy oxtail which I was craving all day. She didn’t pressure me at all to hurry up like some people do which can really ruin a trip. Overall, I would 100% recommend her for your tour!!

Great tour of Antigua!!! - Janel (our driver) was a fantastic tour guide for our sightseeing. This was our first time to Antigua and we really wanted to see the island and all its beauty. Janel was so happy, friendly, and told us so much about the island. Janel even pulled over multiple times to pick fruit off trees for us to try. Janel took us to a local restaurant to eat lunch and the food and atmosphere was great. We highly recommend using her and we will definitely be calling her when we return. We had so much fun!!!

Wonderful tour guide!! - Janel was such a wonderful tour guide! My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting her just as we came off our cruise ship. We were instantly drawn to her personality and confidence. Her car was clean, cool and very comfortable. She took us to some of the most breathtaking sites on the island and was so knowledgeable! We enjoyed the history she shared and she even stopped to pick fruit off the tree as she was taking us through the rainforest area. What I loved most about the tour was how personalized it was. She allowed us to decide how long we wanted to stay at certain destinations and never made us feel rushed. I highly recommend Janel as your tour guide! Janel, I wish your son all the best in his basketball endeavors!!
