Great time - Kevin and Jo -Jo were great. We had a fun day with them . Was much better what cruise line has offered. We learned a lot and had fun plus water levels change was great to see. We stoped and had one of the best ice creams and later best soup

Most enjoyable tour! - We saw so many sites in the time we had. Our guide was both knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend the area and tour for getting around and seeing the area.

Great - We had a great tour guide. The highlight was seeing the reversing falls. The fall leaves were beautiful.

It was ok. Tour operator... - It was ok. Tour operator was great, so no complaints there. It just wasn’t a very interesting day. Wish there had been more to do in the port, but there’s not much there.

What time does this tour start????? - Our tour guide Trina and Bus driver Hans were wonderful, informative and friendly in regards to the tour. Absolutely no complaints about them. The bus itself was clean but very loud with some squealing sound during most of the ride. In regards to meet up TIME for this tour, we did NOT receive that info until 3:07 am the morning of after 3 weeks of asking the "where to and what time to meet up" thru emails with NO response re those questions from tour company. Although, at 3:07 am morning of and while sleeping they say Oh no, must have had difficulty receiving our responses thru email from them. Not the case! Once, we received the info the am of. That was CONFUSING for several of us. It read as if 9-11 am would be start time. We knew that was CRAZY and could not be the case so we showed up at 8:30 am. At least 10 others of this group for this tour were late because of confusion as to start time. Instructions should have been CLEAR. Start time 9 am. Be there 15 minutes early instead of throwing in a line of "9-11". Hugo was the tour company. This we found out the am of. They should have responded back to us way before the 3:07 am mark. Weeks BEFORE not mere hours of!

A LOOOOONNNNNGGGG Drive in an uncomfortable bus. - Very little appeal except watching the river change flow direction after 3-4 hours of driving around in a very cramped converted school bus for children, painted a black to try to disguise what it really was. The guide was knowledge able regarding sites visited but constantly chatted about her family events to fill in the time. Not what I expected of a Viator experience that was very expensive. I filed a funds request for 1/2 of the cost and received a reply that they would refund less than 1/6 of the cost. I plan on disputing this again.

The tour guide was late,... - The tour guide was late, and wasn't attentive to the cruise ship's arrival time. We sat in the bus waiting for her. She talked 80% about her own stories, and not about the history or stories about the Brusnwick Shore, nor Sant John.... She did not take us to the cave, only pointed to the cave; while other tour that my friend went with, the tour guide prepared rain boots to walk inside the cave with terrific memories. And our tour cost twice as much a theirs. I thought you charged too much with a very poor tour guide.

St. John New Brunswick is a huge disappointment - This is a terrible port. There is not enough transportation available. There are no Ubers in the taxis are sparse, unmarked, and overpriced. We got taken to a different location than we asked for by our cab driver who did not speak any English. We were dropped off with no way to get a return cab. When we talked with another driver, he said that there are not enough cabs in the area for the amount of people the cruise ships are bringing in. We managed to get back to the city market area and the parks, which was absolutely nothing to see. Unless you are interested in viewing a few homeless people on drugs The area did not feel very safe. We did manage to have a good lunch at an Irish pub. And then headed back to the boat we viewed the 506 container district, which is right at the port and is nothing more than a tourist trap. My suggestion would be to avoid this stop altogether or stay on the boat. It is not desirable.

Unfortunately we could... - Unfortunately we could not connect with our driver. After waiting for a 10:00 arrival, we booked something else at 10:45 that wasn't what we really wanted to do.
