LOVELY DAY!! - SO MUCH FUN! From the moment you arrive at Nicole’s Table you are treated like family! She and her assistants welcome you to her beautiful home with breezy outdoor spaces to relax while sipping on Rum Punch then you get to prep your meal alongside an amazing hostess and chef. I’m still dreaming of those pumpkin fritters, but the Jerk Chicken was amazing. She even helped our group make 3 different spice levels. Highly recommend for both foodies and just regular folks! Nicole—I’ll be back!! Karen Horton

Perfect Day! - If you’re a foodie (and even if you’re not!) this is such a great way to spend a day in Antigua! From the beautiful location, to the hospitality of your hostess, Nicole, to the easy of booking and then the experience of cooking the most delicious Jerk Chicken meal alongside Chef…PREPARE TO BE IN HEAVEN!! She welcomes you into her home and makes you feel like you’re cooking lunch at a family reunion. Everything we ate was delicious, but I still dream about those pumpkin fritters! I attended with 5 other friends and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Nicole, you thought I was kidding… but I’ll be back!!

Cooking jerk chicken - The class consisted of making appetizers, a full course meal and a dessert and time to enjoy the meal. Nicole, the instructor, and Natasha, her assistant were wonderful. They took us through the steps for making jerk chicken and other Caribbean cooking. The instructions were great. Nicole took time to answer many questions. The kitchen was extra clean. The setting was amazing. Nicole and Natasha were very kind and we enjoyed their hospitality. I would definitely take another class with them. They definitely bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. It was a very fun afternoon.

Hands on cooking classes! - My husband and I always enjoy immersing ourselves into the culture where we travel. We also love to cook and have been successful at finding great food tours and cooking classes around the world. We decided to attend the All About Jerk cooking class while visiting Antigua. We had been to the island a few other times and wanted to try something different. This was so much fun and we highly recommend it! We were with a great group of people (7) and what we enjoyed most was that it was completely hands-on and we did the majority of the cooking while Nicole taught! It was not a cooking demonstration, but a true cooking class! The menu was delicious and we could take what we learned and apply it when we got home, recipes in hand! We had plantain and yucca chips with an amazing dip, a fresh pineapple salsa, jerk chicken with a coconut rice and beans, pumpkin fritters and a delicious coconut tart. We also enjoyed yummy rum punch throughout the cooking class. Nicole and Adam were so welcoming and their home was so inviting with an amazing view! Book this class, you won’t regret it!

So much more than just a cooking class!! - We felt at home right away! Nicole and her husband were wonderful hosts. We collectively created a wonderful Jerk Chicken meal with rice and beans, a tasty pumpkin fritter and then a coconut dessert! The rum punch wasn’t so bad either! 😂🤪 I would highly recommend this excursion, especially if you’re a foodie! Thank you Nicole

A fun, informal cooking... - A fun, informal cooking class in a wonderful home with a fabulous host. You'll work hands on helping create all parts of the meal, and then get to enjoy the fantastic feast! Easy to get to from the cruise port...an quick 10-15 minute taxi ride away.

Thank you Nicole for welcoming us to your beautiful home. - We booked this cooking class as part of our honeymoon and it was so much fun to learn how to cook with Nicole and Lorna. We were shown how to make six dishes which we ate together with the rest of the class at the end – simply the best food we ate on the island.

Book it! - Nicole's Table in Antigua is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, Nicole, her husband Adam, and the awesome assistant were the most welcoming hosts, making us feel right at home. We had an unforgettable hands-on experience, whipping up a feast that included spice-a-licious jerk chicken, perfectly seasoned red beans and rice, pumpkin fritters, rainbow salad, crispy plantain chips with fresh pineapple salsa, and sweet coconut tarts. It was such a fun dive into caribbean flavors, and honestly, our taste buds are still thanking us! A must-do for anyone visiting Antigua! By the way she does virtual class options too!!! #NicolesTable #Antigua #AntiguaTravel #CaribbeanTravel #CookingClass https:// nicolestable.com My review video https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZThbRU37G/
