- Mount Sinai - Your journey up the mountain begins at 2:00 am, taking approximately three hours to reach an altitude of 2,285 meters. A guide will be with you for the entire climb. You have the option to follow a well-marked trail that includes 700 steps, allowing you to reach the summit just in time to witness the sunrise and enjoy the stunning views. If the climb proves too strenuous, you can opt for a camel ride that will take you to the base of the 700 steps. After watching the sunrise, you will descend the mountain and return to Sharm El Sheikh by vehicle.
- St. Catherine’s Monastery - After descending Mount Sinai, your guide will meet you at the entrance of the monastery. Here, you will visit the Transfiguration Church, the Burning Bush, and the Well of Prophet Moses. Due to COVID restrictions, the monastery’s visiting hours have been shortened. Finally, you will head back to your hotel in Sharm el Sheikh.
