Highly recommend - Very nice tour of the Norwegian countryside. We hiked to a beautiful waterfall and then went to a local working farm. The trip to the farm included sampling some delicious local treats homemade by the farm owners. We had sweets, crackers/cheese and coffee and tea. Everything was delicious and abundant. The best part of the visit was seeing all the animals. We bottle fed some baby sheep and also some very hungry goats. The farm owners were very friendly and inviting onto their farm. Our guide was also very engaging and friendly. She gave us lots of information about the area. Once the tour ended, she dropped us in the nearby town (optional). You could also go straight back to the ship. At the start of the tour operators were waiting for us right near the ship. Very clear communication from the operators leading up to the tour.

Great experience with knowledgeable guide - The trip had a good balance of driving and walking time. The driver/guide “Suzie” was excellent for her driving and knowledge. Her bubbly personality and love for her job made for a great day.

A waterfall tour with a difference! - Not your usual small group waterfalls tour in Iceland: the addition of a visit to a working sheep farm in such an environment added something really different so if you're curious how farmers handle the rugged life there, consider adding this tour to your wish list! The farm has been owned by one family for several generations, being passed down from father to son to grandson over time, and is now being run by the latest young family to have assumed ownership. They are a charming, hard-working family who speak fairly good English, and talk freely about their life and farm (they also offer tasty, homemade treats!). As you would expect, their small livestock are truly part of their lives: several sheep seem to think they live in the house too :-) The waterfalls themselves are of course impressive, though they're not like the principal waterfalls elsewhere in Iceland. These falls are in 3 parts as the waters cascade their way down the hillside; the top falls (shown in the picture) are the most impressive and offer a long, sometimes steep and slippery hike up to the top. Or you can just take a mini hike up to any of the intermediate rest stops on the way to the top. The area sits within a long fairly narrow fjord which offers spectacular views along its length when looking back from any part of the waterfalls. We had a very good, experienced local guide who both drove the small bus and provided a commentary on everything along the way, together with relevant historical aspects of the country. One of the less expensive excursions on offer from Isafjordur and well worth the price.

Attentive, friendly and professional - I would repeat again without a doubt, it was kind, he worried about making stops for us to take pictures, he was telling us everything important in the area. We are certainly right to choose a smaller tour and specifically with them

Enjoyable - We came as part of a bus group from Isafjordur - impressive waterfall. The view all around this area is stunning. Very busy - over ten buses with long lines for the toilet. The farm was good - hot drink with local marriage cake.
