Hike up to the Waterfall - The bus ride was very interesting and informative. The tunnels were super cool. Lots of time at the waterfall which was a lot of fun and a great hike up. Know your abilities though, many hiking up that probably should not have been. Wear your good hiking shoes. Slippery rocks. Lots of fun. A surprise visit to the ski slopes.

Mesmerising falls - Enjoyed the excursion immensely. Beautiful one hour drive. Saw seals sunbathing on the way. Picturesque views throughout. The falls are a must see. The hike up to the falls is indeed challenging, but must not be missed! Would strongly recommend that you bring trekking poles and wear non slip hiking shoes. This will make the walk much easier.

Awesome tour - Very easy to meet the tour coming off the cruise ship! John (I don’t know iclandic spelling) was a phenomenal tour guide and provided us with a fun and educational tour and some humor in there too. It was a perfect amount of time at the falls, we climbed all the way to the top and still had time to admire the views and not feel rushed

A great day out. - We enjoyed the tour very much, the journey to the waterfall took about 1 hour but the guide Ben, who was from Buxton kept us well informed about the area with lots of interesting knowledge. The falls were spectacular, though it can be a struggle for the less mobile to get to the top viewing platform, but there is a wheelchair accessible route to some excellent viewing platforms. The journey back is a bit quicker due to the si gle lane in the long tunnel under the mountain which favoured the downhill traffic. All in all it was great experience to see some of Icelands differing terrains. The cost of this trip was a lot more reasonable than what our cruise ship was offering, we got the same trip for a fraction of the price, money well spent in my opinion.
