An outsanding service. Thanks to Fatima, Duncen, and Anarchy - A very amazing experience. We went to Sibi Sibi game reserve and we encountered 3 of the top 5 one of them is Leaopard in addition to deers, zebras, and giraffes. The scene of the sunset was beautiful.

A great way to experience Sabi Sands - My family and I were staying in Hazyview and really enjoyed this game drive and braai dinner in Sabi Sands. We were running a bit late to due issues with our flight from Jo' burgh. Maria was communicative with me and accommodating given our slightly delayed our arrival time and our driver Stephen was waiting for us as we arrived at our accommodations. Stephen was very friendly and engaging, and he made sure that we were to the lodge in time to do the game drive. The game drive and sundowner with Peter were super fun--we saw rhinos, cape buffalo, and elephants and had drinks while watching the sun set (it was like a scene from the Lion King). Dinner was perfect--we had 3 vegetarians in our group that they were able to accommodate). Finally, we saw a genet and lots of owls during the night drive. I highly recommend this tour if you are staying in Hazyview and would like to see Sabi Sands.

Leopards up close - This is the second tour we booked through Legend, a very different experience than full day drive as it’s on a private reserve in an area that’s green with water supply year round. We were picked up on time around 2:30pm and taken to the private reserve, it is a long drive to get into that part of KNP. We saw 3 leopards and a leopard cub pretty close, along with many wild life. Dinner was good.

Expensive and disappointing - HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! The safari lasts only 3 hours not 6 hours as advertised. Very overpriced for the time spent in the Reserve. Our return transfer took 2 hours and we were staying at a hotel 15 minutes from Sabi Shaws Gate. The transfer time is due to the safari starting at Umkumbe Lodge, not at the gate to Sabi Reserve - this was not communicated. We had to wait around for 1 hour before the safari started despite our group of 9 being the only guests on the vehicle and during this time we had to pay for a drink. Only 1 drink was provided on the safari and very few uninteresting snacks. We had mentioned that there were 3 birthdays being celebrated in our group of 9 and no effort was made to make the occasion special. A tracker sat on the front of the vehicle but we did not see what benefit he brought as he was not checking for spoor or even spotting animals - it was tokenism at its best. I would not recommend this excursion. If you want to view game in Sabi then stay at a reputable lodge where the expense is then justified. You will see more game in Kruger Park staying on road as the area Umkumbe Lodge are permitted to traverse is very small in comparison. Don't waste your money!

Safari not worth the money! - We saw more animals and obtained more info from our transport driver about the animals from driving up their driveway than we did in the park . We thought the evening safari started at 2:00 but it did not start until 4:00. Our guide was not good. She did not provide any information on the park, did not explain in any type of details on the animals we saw. The safari was interesting in that we saw a rare “ant eater” that was not tagged but we were there for more than 30 minutes & then she stopped for 1/2 hour to serve “average wine” & few snacks at sunset which took another 30 minutes which we felt could have been done in 5 minutes & eliminate the wine & snacks. We conveyed to the guide several times that we could not hear her when she did talk, but never improved because she talked mostly to a man that arrived late. We got back early & had to wait for the outside buffet dinner which was 20 minutes late being served and we thought the temperature was too cold to eat outside. So bottom line is that spent a higher price for this safari & was very disappointed since we only spent about 1 1/2 hours on the safari and it took us over 2 hrs to drive there and another 2 hours for our driver to take us back to the hotel. To top off this trip, the next morning at 5:00 AM, I woke up dizzy with vomiting & diarrhea which prevented us from taking our tour bus to the airport since they did not have bathroom facilities on the bus. The hotel owner called her doctor to what he suggested and went to the pharmacy to pick up the recommended drugs for food poisoning. We had to hire a private driver for almost $400 to take us to the airport to catch our flight later in the morning after I felt better. We thought what little we did see interesting but we do not feel it was worth the money we paid for this safari.
