Trekking with a Local Guide from Sapa to Lao Chai and Tavan Village
Ta Van - The tour guide will meet participants at their hotel in Sapa. The trek begins in Sapa town, descending into the Muong Hoa Valley, the largest valley in Sapa, renowned for its stunning rice fields during the rice season, as well as its forests and villages. The local guide will lead the way to the villages of Ý Linh Hồ, Lao Chai, and Tả Van, sharing insights into the local culture, people, and lifestyle.
Trek from Tavan Village to Giang Ta Chai and Stay in Ban Ho Village
Ban Ho Village - At 9 am, the tour guide will pick up participants from their homestay to begin the trek from Tả Van Village, passing through rice fields and a bamboo forest. There is also a beautiful waterfall where participants can enjoy a swim, weather permitting.

A break for lunch will be taken in Giàng Tả Chải Village around 1 pm.
After lunch, the trek continues to the Red Dao village, known as Giàng Tả Chải Dao, rich in Dao ethnic culture.
The journey then proceeds through Sử Pán Village, inhabited entirely by H’mong people, offering breathtaking views of rice fields and mountains.
After Sử Pán Village, the trek descends to Bản Hồ Village, where participants will stay with a Tày local family.
Trek from Ban Ho Village to Nam Tong Village and Thanh Kim Village
Bản Phùng - At 9 am, the trek continues to Nậm Tóng Village and Thanh Kim Village.
- At 3 pm, a car will arrive to transport participants back to Sapa to catch a bus.
