Fantastic and well worth it. - We really enjoyed our One Day Trek from Sapa and our guide Linh, was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful when it came to navigating the ups and downs of the terrain, even giving us the option of an easy or harder trek. As we left Sapa, we were joined by a couple of lovely local ladies and they stayed with us for probably 1/2 the trek, always lending a helping hand when needed. When it was time to say goodbye to them, they offered us the chance to buy some of their handicrafts, which we were ok with. So it's a good idea to carry some cash. Lunch in Lao Chai was at a local restaurant with a lot of other trekkers and it was delicious. We only had to pay for drinks and the bathroom facilities were very clean. After lunch, we continued on to Ta Van where we waited for our car to transport us back to Sapa. There hadn't been any rain, so we didn't have any issues with mud, but it's a good idea to have proper hiking shoes or shoes with good grippy soles.

Amazing village trek & scenery - We chose this trek as it suited our ability and exposed us to the amazing scenery, villages and culture. Sissy was our local guide. This was very important to us as she could give us her valuable insights and knowledge of the paths to give us the best view of the daily lives of the Vietnamese people. We enjoyed our guide Sissy and this downhill trek.

Walk in nature and small villages at your own pace - I really enjoyed walking in nature, rice fields... Lah accompanied me wonderfully. She adapted to my walking speed, my poor English... She knew how to stay calm when I didn't want to talk, only to the feeling. Really bravo 👍 👍 👍 and the proposed return by scooter was top 🤣 👌 I recommend.

Excellent trek through Sa Pa villages - An amazing way to see the villages of Sa pa that would not have otherwise seen without a local knowledgeable tour guide. We went in February so the weather / views weren't the best but that did not stop us enjoying the local way of living. Group sizes are small so you can ask lots of questions and don't feel overcrowded by people. Would recommend this experience to all!

Great walk through paddy fields. - Wonderful walk from SaPa city center to the villages. Sadly it was raining on the day we did the tour but our guide made the most of it. We enjoyed trekking through the paddy fields and spending time with the villages.

Incredible Must-Do Activity for Sapa - We had an incredible and engaging time with our tour guide, Mao. She was so kind and helpful and had a lot of information to share! It was a foggy day but we ended up having a beautiful clear view of the rice fields. She also was very thoughtful about keeping us separate from other tourists, making the experience especially peaceful and personal! It was off the beaten path and very worthwhile– be prepared for about a 10k walk and muddy/slippery trails. This is a must for anyone visiting Sa Pa!

Beautiful views and fantastic guide - This tour was a great opportunity to get insights into the local way of life, and the scenery was breathtaking. Our guide was so lovely and genuine, and we learned a lot throughout the trip. It was quite easy going as it was mostly downhill, with a transfer back to our hotel at the end.
