Excellent tour - It was very well organised from beginning to the end. Alex contacted just after we made the booking and smooth communication every time. During the tour Mou took us to the best spot. He was very kind and helpful. He explained every detail about northern lights and took lots of photos. Thanks a lot to this team.

Fantastic! - All things were fantastic! The guide is professional, the suit kept us warm, the berry juice was delicious, and we saw the aurora in the end (although due to the luck it was not that strong). In a word, I would recommend it :)

Very professional and competent. They are absolutely worth the slightly higher price than others for the service they offer. - Even though we did not see a strong aurora, the experience was very beautiful because our guide was professional and very correct. Furthermore, they had warned us of the risk, postponing the excursion by one day and then asking us what we wanted to do with only a 20% chance of seeing the aurora. We saw it, not very strong but colorful and we have various photos. Furthermore, the guide helped my astro photography enthusiast companion to set the camera correctly. Even though it was late at night the guide would have still done the hunting if we had wanted but since we were also with other people with children we preferred to go home. But he was at our disposal. Overall, a wonderful experience. Worth the price paid

Unique experience! - The conditions were extremely bad. The clouds had been thick for a week. At midday we got a call saying there was a 50-60% chance we would see the lights. After thinking about it for a moment, we agreed. And we were not disappointed! The guides did their best and drove with us to Sweden. It was a unique experience! Thank you very much for everything!

Excellent Northern Lights Experience - I highly recommend to take this tour with this particular company, because their approach to satisfy their clients is fantastic. To explain - they monitor solar activity, weather, wind, snow, clouds, etc., which leads to finding the right location for spotting the Northern Lights. So, if the weather conditions are not favourable for witnessing this popular fenomena, they will re-schedule your tour to a day with high possibility of seeing the Northern Lights. Review for Arctic GM Experiences OY - I'll be honest with everyone here. This is not a fake or paid review. My name is Kamran Ali, and my friends and I were in Rovaniemi, Finland, from January 23rd to 25th, 2024. We were searching for a company or group that could take us to multiple spots for Aurora lights. After searching on Google, we found Arctic GM. They have written a lot on their page, promising to refund our money if we didn't see the lights and offering some sort of guaranteed tour. After reading all these promising statements on their page, we booked and paid 680 Euros (for 4 people). We were excited to hunt for the lights the whole night on January 24th, 2024. Finally, the day arrived, and they picked us up from our hotel and took us to the spot where we were supposed to wait for the Aurora. It was -23 degrees Celsius, and they provided nothing to keep us warm, unlike other tours that offer bonfires or activities like BBQs. This company, Arctic GM, provided nothing; they told us to sit in the car if we felt cold and turned off the engine after some time to save fuel, or for reasons unknown to us. In -23 degrees, I couldn't even feel my feet; they felt like stones, too hard. After waiting for over an hour, the Aurora appeared, but the intensity was very low. They had promised to take us to multiple spots, but it was all a lie. After arriving, they said our weather specialist advised us to stay here, and that's it; we weren't going anywhere else. I was shocked; it was a total miscommitment. The worst part was that there were 8 people in the car: we were 4, and the other 4 were different people we didn't know. At 1:30 am, at the same location, the others said they wanted to go home. So they took us home. This is totally wrong; we paid for the whole night to hunt for the lights. If they wanted to go home, they should have made different arrangements for them, but no, we came back with other guys and wasted our 680 euros. The next day, I met a guy in a random group, and he asked me how the tour was last night. I said I was totally dissatisfied, and then he told me he went too with another company, and since all the group members were not satisfied, they refunded the whole amount back to them. :). Also, they mentioned a professional photographer would be there for us, blah blah blah. He was there, but he was not professional at all; all the group pictures with my friends are blurry. As the intensity was low, the camera can capture such things, so they will make you a fool again. Therefore, I would not recommend anyone to book with Arctic GM.
