Owned and operated by inventors of this iconic activity, you get to slide around inside the inflatable ball in a warm water bath for a new type of thrill. Before you set off, your instructor explains how to ride and enjoy the twists and turns as the ball rolls downhill - don’t worry it’s like a giant water slide, no tumbling involved! Choose from three different runs that promise lots of laughs and fun.

- Maximum weight per person is 135 kgs or 297 lbs
- Please bring swimwear and a towel

ZORB Inflatable Ball - We tried the water ZORB rides, and they were hilarious! Sliding around inside the ball as you tumble down the hill feels like a mix of a water slide, a washing machine, and a rollercoaster all in one. Whether you go solo or with a friend, you’ll be grinning from ear to ear the whole time. There are a few different track options too, so you can mix things up and go again (which we did — totally worth it!).

Great fun! - What fun! We laughed and screamed. It's almost like being on a waterslide, except the ball is around you. In any case, you get wet, but can warm up in the hot pools.

Fun for everyone! - I haven't laughed that hard in a long time! What fun! The staff is so great. It was a cool weather day, so they had the hot tubs fired up and the Zorb used warm water so we never felt cold. The ride itself is so fun. We bought the two ride package and I could have probably gone one more time.

Zorb is an awesome experience - not to be missed!!! - I thoroughly enjoyed my Zorb experience yesterday in Rotorua. The rides were awesome and exhilarating, but the entire staff was extremely AWESOME! Each person we interacted with couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, and each was an expert in what they were doing! I loved every second of the experience! Also, having the hot tub to soak in after each ride was a big plus! I can't wait to get back and do it again! Strong recommendation!!!

Still laughing - So fun doing it with a friend, glad we did sidewinder, so much laughter 😆 thought I was too old, never too old. Hot tub was mint!

Rolling w/ My Boo - It was really fun! Staff was great. I would recommend doing all of the courses if you make the trip. It was great to be able to use the hot tub in between rolls down the hill!

Fantastic! - The Zorb Experience is fabulous! it is super fun and great for all age groups. The highlight is the hot tub on the hilltop! the views are fantastic! Definitely an experience not to miss while in Rotorua.

Fun! - We just did one ride (there isn't really that much of a discount for doing multiple). My son and I went together and it was a unique, fun experience. We worried about the cold on this winter day (sunny at least) but it wasn't an issue. Kind of pricey for a brief ride though.

Not LGBTQIA+ friendly - The actual zorbing experience was one of a kind! It was super fun - we did the yellow and red one. Personally I liked the red one better.
However there was an encounter with one of the employees who had misgendered the person I was with, did not correct themselves, no apology, and there was no reason to even have misgendered her. This incident left us feeling like this is NOT an inclusive place and if you do fall into the LGBTQIA+ bucket I would not recommend due to discrimination and discomfort.
