Constructed from fragrant Japanese hinoki wood, our saunas begin at around 70°C and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside, experience a classic sauna environment with heated volcanic rocks from Finland and a water bucket, enabling you to adjust the steam level to your preference.

Chilled drinking water is available, and you can access nearby 12°C cold plunge tubs and an outdoor cold shower. To maximize the benefits of contrast therapy, it is recommended to alternate between the sauna and cold plunge during your session.
