If possible do the guided... - If possible do the guided tour - our guide (the Maori with a very long name) was knowledgeable and engaging. He recounted Maori legends and stories from his family, so interesting. The area was amazing to see, but the stories brought it to life

Getting dirty in Rotorua - We did the guided geothermal walking tour with ‘T’ at 1030-1230. T was an excellent guide, full of information and funny comments too. Really enjoyable experience. We then enjoyed the mud baths and spa which were outstanding - a not to be missed experience!

What a wonderful experience! - We went on the 10:30 tour and our tour guide was a young man who was an absolute star of a guide. Informative and entertaining. Loved the whole experience including the carving at the end. The shop had many great things too and we were able you pick up some really nice souvenirs.

Definitely recommended - This spa and Geotechnical park is amazing. Thanks to our lively tour guide Ivee for the amazing introduction around the park and for even letting me use her phone to keep taking my photos wjen my phone died and teaching us about Maori's culture. She is the best. All other staff were so helpful too. Amazing experience in mud spa. Definitely recommended.

Hells Gate short walk - Lovely short informative walk around the site. The group was larger than expected of about 30 people. The person giving the talk was very knowledgeable about the site.
