Don’t miss this tour - Wonderful tour with Sillas. Just the right amount of history, sight seeing and time on our own. Highly recommend.

Great trip outside city center - The day trip was a great way to see beautiful sights beyond city center. From beautiful castles to historic shop the tour was extremely interesting. Worth the time and money.

Beautiful Denmark - A must-do tour in Denmark! Thanks to Brian, our guide, the experience was even more enjoyable. His fascinating stories about Viking life, Denmark’s medieval past, and its modern history brought the country’s rich heritage to life. SEE SEVERAL COPENHAGEN AREA HIGHLIGHTS IN 1 DAY - It was a Grand Day in Copenhagen indeed! Brian, our driver / tour director provided excellent commentary and humor throughout the 9+ hour day (from pickup to drop off) We stayed on schedule all day; Brian added a few additional interesting stops.

Wonderful time outside... - Wonderful time outside Copenhagen. The only wish I’d have for this trip is that more time is needed at each location to fully see, read , and or appreciate everything. When doing tours like this before we started earlier and arrived back later to have a more complete experience. Our guide Katrine was sweet and a wonderful guide.

Poor service from Hamlet Tour Company. - Booked a tour via Viator. Tour was “Grand day trip around Copenhagen” using Hamlet tours. Hamlet never showed up at meeting place. No signage. Walked around for more than a half hour trying to find someone. When I finally got a hold of Hamlet Tours, they said they did not have the reservation. I got a text from Viator on June 16th for my June 17th tour with my ticket. Both Viator snd Hamlet tours were known for their service quality. Apparently they both fell short. I’m annoyed Hamlet would do nothing to accommodate us. They said they were fully booked. That’s why I booked early. My mistake was using Viator. Viator’s mistake was using Hamlet Tour company. I was told there would be a refund. I booked the tour to see Copenhagen. When I book a tour, I expect a tour.
