Professional, Reasonable, and friendly - Pre tour communication was very good, all my questions/requests were answered very promptly. My guide was very professional, friendly and knowledgable, It was good short tour to see the highlights of Roseasu. I had arranged airport drop off after the tour with them which worked fine. I was talking to my guide that because of hilly and curvy roads to the airport I had motion sickness when I arrived in Dominica. Keeping that in mind, he drove me to the airport through some roads which were better and he drove very well that I did not feel any motion sickness which was great. I recommend using this tour agency for Dominica

Great tour! - Culbert is a great true guide, nice, knowledgeable and professional. We had a great time with the tour about the city’s history, and the nature beauty. Afternoon we asked him to add another tour to Champion beach and Scott’s head, those places were incredible!
Also I asked him to take me to the airport, that was a stable drive (felt sick on another way). Highly recommended !

Amazing! - The best experience on our cruise trip! A lush, dramatically beautiful island, shown to us by the friendliest, funniest, and most knowledgeable guides. George, a former journalist, was the best company and a great source of information. Highly recommend!!!

Phenomenal Tour - Transformative journey of this incredible island with the phenomenal tour guides- Calvin and Celestine! Highly recommended this tour with a local celebrity highly respected throughout the community! Celestine was a Police officer over 10 years.

Given the Best Treatment - What an amazing company! Met Mom “Paula” down at the pier walking with my friend. She is just an amazing woman, She and I became Instant friends! I was there on a dive trip and had limited time for tours . Paula arranged us to go on tour on one of our shorter afternoons; We saw waterfalls, and hot springs, went to the Look out over the city and to a parrot sanctuary; and learned about the culture and history of the island. We were given great recommendation of where to eat! Being a business owner my self; I have to say I love the customer experience! I really felt like I was family and being treated the best! I hate giving reviews.. But this family they deserve every word!

Disappointed to say the least - Booked this trip in the UK. No-one was there at the port to pick us up. I received a text message and relayed that we had sought help from several members of staff ashore, went to different suggested pick up points but mainly no-one had heard of this company. I replied to the text but no further contact.
We had to pay for another trip to make up for our disappointment and would appreciate a full refund.
