Depending on the option your choose, your disposition will be shorter or longer. For transfer between cruise port and Rome city: aprox 75 min For transfer between cruise port and FCO airport: aprox 50 min 1) Your private driver will pick you up in your place of choice (Rome city or Civitavecchia cruise port) and drive you towards your destination (Rome city of Civitavecchia cruise port) in a private vehicle. 2) In case you book a daily roundtrip, please provide desired pick up time at the port, and desired time you would like to be back at the port. Roundtrip transfer does not include vehicle disposition during your time in Rome. 3) In case you book a shore excursion, please provide desired pick up time at the port, and desired time you would like to be back at the port. Please remember the disposition of the vehicle for 5 hours is INSIDE the city of Rome.

Your personal chauffeur will arrive at a time and location of your choosing in Rome or at the Civitavecchia cruise port. Should it be an incoming transfer, kindly provide us with your cruise information when you make the booking. Your driver will be at the cruise port at the specified time, ready for you and your group. If it’s a departing transfer, we’ll need your Rome pick-up address and cruise information, so we can schedule your pick-up accordingly. All our drivers are professional, and our vehicles have the necessary permits to operate in Rome.

If you’re booking a daily round-trip, we’ll need the time you wish to be picked up at the port and the time you’d like to return to the port. Please note, a roundtrip transfer does not guarantee vehicle availability during your stay in Rome.

For a shore excursion booking, specify your preferred pick-up and return times at the port. Remember, the five-hour window is WITHIN the city of Rome.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
